Wray himself used to head up the exact team Rosenstein is joining.
The 54-year-old Republican joins a roster of former senior Justice Department officials who rejoined the private sector through King & Spalding. That includes former Deputy U.S. Attorney General Sally Yates, former U.S. Attorneys Zachary Fardon and John Horn, former Associate Deputy Attorney General Alicia OBrien and former FBI Chief of Staff Zack Harmon.
