POTUS has a Constitutional right to pardon, and if anyone deserves a pardon, it is Flynn. If democrats try to turn it against him, they will fail. Flynn did NOTHING wrong; he was set up, and everyone but the dumbest of village idiots, knows it. The fact that the FBI, instead of withdrawing the charge, is doubling down, is an indication that Barr should step in (if that is allowed by law) and withdraw the charge. After POTUS pardons Flynn, his next act should be to fire Wray and replace him with someone who is above reproach. Not sure who that might be, but surely there is someone with the courage, ability, and will to clean up the FBI.
It disturbs me that Barr has come out in support of Wray; hopefully, theirs is a false truce, and Barr intends to drop the hammer, and is just waiting for Trump to fire Wray, not wanting to go over Trump’s head.

PDJT should pardon Flynn before he’s escorted in hand-cuffs out of the court.

Yes, I, too, think that most of the American people will be supportive of a Flynn pardon, but really, I think Barr should withdraw the charges, if it is legal for him to do so.
It never has seemed right to me that if the FBI lies to a person, no sweat. I mean, if we’re talking about a serial killer, with unquestioned evidence against him, sure. On the other hand, if they have solid evidence of crime, why should they lie?
Justice is blind . . . to Justice.
So when does hillary and a hundred democrats and few dozen FBI guys and girls start serving their 30 year sentences?

perhaps he is laying the groundwork for when McCabe, Comey, Brennan and Clapper are locked up. If it is good for the goose...
If Flynn gets 6 months then these clowns should get 60 years. That would be fair and in perspective.

In a stunning move, a judge in the Eastern District of Virginia overturned the conviction of ex-business partner of former National Security Advisor Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, Bijan Rafiekian, Tuesday who was charged earlier this year with undisclosed lobbying that prosecutors claimed was to ensure the extradition of a Muslim cleric living in the United States back to his homeland of Turkey.
