It is hard to understand Iran Supreme Leader Khamenei’s blunder in attacking the US Embassy in Baghdad. He either believed Trump was weakened by his impeachment, as western liberal Media breathlessly and continuously reported, or he might have been misled by John Kerry’s incompetent advice (apparently Kerry met again with Khamenei’s emissaries in Paris just few weeks ago). Whatever the reasons, his goal of triggering a limited war with America to rally his people around the regime has failed miserably. (my emphasis.)

It's remarkable how Iran escalated its attacks on US assets and personnel in the last few weeks, culminating in the attack on the Baghdad embassy. I vaguely remembered that Kerry had recently met with Iranian representatives but couldn't find an article confirming my suspicions. Now this article confirms my suspicions. Given Kerry' prior treason in regard to Vietnam, I strongly suspect he was up to his old tricks and he encouraged the Iranians to initiate their current series of attacks. Indeed, that would also explain Soleimani's brazen over-confidence in landing at the Baghdad International Airport to meet with one of his terrorist underlings.

It would be an excellent idea for PDJT to have Kerry's recent communications with the Iranians closely investigated for evidence of treason.

I think Iran’s actions and Soleimani’s arrogant stupidity is exactly what Trump has been waiting for. Remember the Vietnam cut and run. The Communists knew there would be no price to pay for violating their agreements and overrunning South Vietnam after we left. Trump has taken this opportunity to make it crystal clear what will happen to Iran if they try something similar while Trump is getting us out of Iraq or immediately after that move has been accomplished. I believe the president was waiting for this teachable moment before he felt comfortable on the final drawdown of our troops in the area. Trumpian brilliance and resolve on parade for the entire world to see.

The Persians have had a history of over playing their hand going back to the time of G Kahn. Seems the Sultan killed or embarrassed some members of Kahn’s family whom he sent to be emissaries. The Sultan believed he was immune from any military response because he had a big army. It did not work out well for him and his empire. Last seen he was having molten silver poured into his ear. Just like today, they are over playing their hand. If Kerry, either by design or stupidity, was found to have provided any support for the Baghdad Embassy incident, he should be hung.

Yes! I have thought from the beginning of this episode that we should lay the blame on Pelosi’s Democratic House. Iran’s leaders thought with POTUS impeached he was incapable of taking any serious action so the Iranians felt free to attack. The Democrats fake impeachment had one positive action. The world’s chief terrorist is dead!

So, let’s all thank Perosi for a job well done. Soleimani’s is dead!
