The man who fatally shot two people at a White Settlement Church on Sunday before being killed by church security has been identified as a 43-year-old Keith Thomas Kinnunen, a River Oaks man with a criminal record, according to two law enforcement sources.
Kinnunen is believed to have been wearing a disguise, including a fake beard, when he stood up, pulled a shotgun from his clothing and opened fire inside the church, killing 64-year-old Anton Wallace, a church deacon from Fort Worth, and 67-year-old Richard White, of River Oaks.

It would seem he needed to be in the Nervous Hospital
Does anyone know why law enforcement always looks for a motive in these cases? So often they are ineffective prior to such incidents even though the perp has an arrest record, and are equally ineffective in stopping the incident until the perp slaughters a lot of people. So they seem to focus on a weeks or months long look into motive.

Job security and justification. Other things that really need to be done are too hard.
I’m willing to bet that there are many bodies buried across the US that came into contact with this degenerate.
Sad that the first guy killed saw what was going on but was too slow at the draw...
The second guy killed was killed in front of his daughter who was just a few feet away.
Maybe he thinks cooked fish jump out of the lake of fire.

That approach is so bogus.
They hope to find a motive such as - White Supremacy, Hate Crime, Homofobia (spelling - yes I know - I am rebelling), Trump, ... so they can Clamp Down on it.
They really do not care. Just use the incident to produce more control on all of us.
One reason to look for a motive: Multi-person feuds. Sure, this perp is dead, but is there another potential shooter who would be looking for a particular person over the same matter.
How did this monster not serve his full time in jail? If he did two saints would still be alive.
Judges and parole boards who let criminals out early, and when those same criminals commit crimes again, should be sued and have to personally pay restitution to the victims’ families.

Why did the fbi have prior contact with the shooter and why was the fbi on the scene yesterday?
The killer appears to have had multiple arrests in multiple states, but I don’t know what for.
Since it as interstate, the FBI would have known about this, but because they’re so busy trying to take down Trump, they don’t have time for little things like this.
