Rockland County -- where the stabbing took place -- has the largest Jewish population per capita of any US county, according to New York state. More than 30% of its residents are Jewish.
Officials are still working an active crime scene, Ramapo Police Chief Brad Weidel said in a news conference.
He said a suspect, described as a tall black man, was apprehended by police.
I await further news on the perpetrator.Was it a lone crazy jihadi or was it the fascist Black Hebrew Israelites?

Because of “justice reform” and deBlasio’s new rules, most anti-semitic attackers (such as those who punch, push, shove, etc., identifiable Jews on the street) are let off with no punishment whatsover.
I assume that if these actions had been taken against another minority, the response by authorities would have been much different.

The 30% figure may be true for Rockland County but for the town of Monsey itself the % is very much higher and I imagine much more than a simple majority.

The criminal was black so I suspect this story to die by tomorrow . If they were white it would an endless new story for the next month.

Sadly American culture is devolving. The decadence and hedonism, the bizarre ideation that celebrates aberrancies such as transgenederism, homosexuality, socialism, envy and greed is bringing forth uninhibited crazies. This man walked into a home of Jews and with deadly purpose and a warped conscience attempted murder and unleashed terror.
Jews and others should realize that America has changed. Their schools, houses of worship and even their domiciles are now targets for the demented anti Semites who in public and as Democrats pose as anti Zionists. Much harm will be done before they the country deals with this new threat in a definitive manner. Given the evolution of the culture and the fact that there no longer exists a common consensus of unifying values in America, the divisions, threats and violence will continue for a long time.
I do work up on Monsey. Monsey itself has got to be over 80% Jewish.Walking around in the AM you see some illegals, some Blacks.

Believe it or not Greenwood lake is a suburb of NYC if commuting to work is the factor. I routinely go from Suffolk cty Long Island to Monsey to work.
If the perp has a criminal record in NYS, Cuomo will have some splainin’ to do...
