Fauquier County, by a vote of 5 to 0, and Charles City County, by a vote of 2 to 0 to 1 abstain, became sanctuaries tonight! That brings the count to 114 sanctuaries. That represents 87 counties, which is 91% of the counties in Virginia, including some blue-leaning localities!
The attempts by Northam, Herring, and McEachin to intimidate localities and gun owners has failed miserably. The green tsunami continues its sweep across the Commonwealth, unabated by the desperate voices trying to stop it.
Chesterfield County is floating in a sea of green and we will fix that in January. Hopefully we will get a few other localities in January! We will be watching Highland County, Essex County, and Virginia Beach, for starters.

I don’t know about the rest of my fellow Freepers, but what is happening in VA makes me believe we can still turn this country around from all the foolishness these progressives have in store for us. I stand with you Virginians, and if this comes to SC I will be right there as we stand up for the 2nd Amendment.

While mildly encouraging this is only a start. The left has lots more to spew before calling it a day. I think it’s all or nothing for them and in the end they’ll scorch the earth rather than give in.

Civilian National Security Force - I have not thought about that comment by Comrade Obama in quite awhile! That really got my attention! What the heck was he talking about? The Deep State, law enforcement and intelligence agencies?
The rats don’t take control until after Jan 1. Then they will have several seat majorities in the HofD and senate, hardly big majorities.
Perhaps some rats will waiver at the fact of 90+ sanctuary counties. I expect some gun control to pass but perhaps not the draconian stuff we’ve been hearing about.

I lived in Waynesboro through High School and Junior High School. Augusta County is Green on the map with two dark spots on the independent cities of Staunton and Waynesboro.

We here in TN had a similar problem a few years back when the vile RINO POS Sundquist tried to impose a state income tax. We taxpayers, led by our current, great Senator Marsha Blackburn, stopped the turd in his tracks by massive, mostly peaceful, resistance that included repeatedly mobbing the capitol and massive anti-tax rallies, one of which I attended. It reached the point where Sundquist couldn’t even attend a public Republican meeting without being booed off the stage. He’s a nonperson now.

I think this is just starting to roll. I’m hoping it spreads across the country, I would be out on the streets campaigning for this if it were my local county. But my county already did this here in Az. “just cuz” as preventative maintenance. :)
