The nearly impossible has now become a near certainty.
After weeks of choreographed indignation by Democratic leaders in Congress and “witnesses” offering no proof of impeachable wrongdoing; despite headlines and columnists screaming for his immediate ouster; and notwithstanding 24/7 attacks from media grumps still sore about 2016
President Trump is not only back in the game, but on his game.
impeachment is starting to give the president’s poll numbers a shot of political adrenalin … and his detractors a fresh jolt of reality.
Recent polling from Fox News confirms that the president’s job approval ratings (often a leading indicator of a candidate’s fate) have swung seven points to the good over the past six weeks. The thirst for impeachment has ebbed.
Most importantly, for those looking for what may lie ahead, the president not only bests every Democratic contender in the most recent national USA Today/Suffolk University poll (plus-3 over Biden, plus-5 over Sanders, plus-10 vs. Buttigieg) but in the all-important “battleground states.” The Optimus poll last week showed the president had taken a lead in a survey of three of these states (Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin), and that voters in all three now oppose the president’s impeachment and removal. This is political gold for President Trump because if he carries most or all of the battlegrounds (including Florida, Arizona, Iowa and Colorado), he will win again.

IMHO Fox News polling has been a joke. You can add at least 10 points in favor of President Trump in any of their polls.
The Democrat base is going to stay home and independents are going to re-elect Trump.

The dream world bubble of the MSM is still intact. I foolishly heard about two minutes from a radio station which I think has CBS discussions with a panel saying “They said some of the 30 contested discrict Democrats would desert on the House vote but only 2 did.
But now the Senators in contested states may desert Trump there to save themselves. They can look for leadership now from Collins, Romney and others who may desert him. The absolute guilt of Trump proven in the testimony doesn’t leave them any place to run for cover.”

I don’t think any of these polls do Trump justice.

Last week we had people camping out for several days in temperatures into the teens, outside one of his campaign venues.
Not one of the Leftist folks can pull this sort of thing off.
When they talk of him being at 43% or even 51%, I think it’s horse stuff.
Every media poll you have ever seen has oversampled Rats by 10% and you can take that to the bank.

They impeached him for investigating corruption of the Bidens.
According to the latest court filing in a suit involving Hunter Biden, Hunter Biden presently has 3 criminal investigations pending against him, and there are 3 Senate committees investigating the Bidens’ invovolvement in corruption in Ukraine—being assisted by the Ukrainian government in the process.
The Rats are now calling for the removal of the only Democrat who did not vote with them, Gabbard.
