A Jersey City, N.J., elected official unloaded on Jewish members of the community following a shooting last week at a kosher market in the city committed by two African Americans.
The shooting left six dead, including a police officer and the two suspects.
Following the attack, Joan Terrell, a member of the Jersey City Board of Education, on Facebook accused Jewish community members of selling body parts and attacking the black community.
"Where was all this faith and hope when Black homeowners were threatened, intimidated, and harassed by I WANT TO BUY YOUR HOUSE brutes of the jewish community," Terrell wrote, according to a screenshot posted on Twitter.
Terrell accused Jewish leaders of forcing blacks out of their homes and of "selling body parts," an anti-Semitic canard long used to smear religious Jewish people.
Referring to the two assailants who committed the shooting, Terrell wrote "Mr. Anderson and Ms. Graham went directly to the kosher supermarket. I believe they knew they would come out in body bags. What is the message they were sending? Are we brave enough to explore the answer to their message? Are we brave enough to stop the assault on the Black communities of America?"

How are they forced out of their homes? If a Jewish guy comes to your door and offers you money for your home, probably cash-that day, and you take it, how is that force?
I’m quite sure this same person has no problem taking money from developers and builders if/when they want to move into your neighborhood and want you to condemn some properties, use eminent domain to take some, that’s ok? And when the redevelopment begins and taxes go up, forcing some of these black folks to sell because the government is raising taxes, whose fault is that?
She’s just mad because as more and more Jews move into the neighborhood, she’s more likely to lose her position, which she’s been profiting from, since the day she got there.
I haven’t heard the “selling body parts” canard before, but in the Middle Ages there was the infamous blood libel, where Jews were accused of killing Christian children and using their blood to make matzohs and other holiday foods. This sounds like a modern version of the same accusation.
What is going on in Jersey City.

About 10 years back there was a series of scandals involving the ultra orthodox Jewish communities. Rabbis money laundering. Rabbis beating up Jewish men to force them to give their wives a religious divorce. Prominent well off people committing Medicaid fraud. And yes, arranging for people to sell a kidney in Israel.
The ultra orthodox marry young and have about 10 kids apiece. Hence rapid population growth. They look for already built towns to expand into, high density so they can walk on the sabbath. Poor and high crime is okay. They have patrols. They move in as organized group. And they vote as a group.
In some instances, they have taken over town government and school board; then they pare back public spending and extracurriculars to the bone.
So yeah, blacks and Hispanics tend not to like them. But so do white gentiles who have faced an influx and so do non ultra orthodox Jews.
Any criticism or objection can be called anti semitic and sure, some of it is. But some of it is not liking your community being changed.

Why would the Italian mob care what an old black lady says about the Jews?
I am not surprised that there are people like this. However, it is scary to realize that they can be elected to public office.
And you might think it’s a good thing that an ultra orthodox controlled town government pares spending to the bone. That’s town spending. State spending, not so much.
Medicaid, food stamps, section 8, AFDC, all availed by a sizable fraction of the ultra orthodox. Some of it fraudulently, as in religious marriage only, no official husband. Wife’s parents buy house, section 8 pays young family’s rent. Income hidden.
Not all ultra orthodox approve of such dealings. But some think they are such a blessing to the world they deserve it, and kosher food is expensive, and they send their kids to private school, etc.
Sadly, this is New Jersey in general now
The state has been turning anti-Semitic over the past couple decades.
Playing around a little bit but there were some Jewish mobsters in NY/NJ in the “Old Days”, and if you pissed off Bugsy Siegel or Meyer Lansky by picking on the Jews in their territory, it was “swimming with the fishes” for you.
The Mafia in Baltimore, according to my police/firemen intell sources during the 1968 black riots there (lots of anti-Semitism), put out the word that if any black rioter hit an Italian store, they were toast. One store did have a window broken and a very quick apology was personally delivered to the owner (on Lombard Street) that “You weren’t supposed to be hit” and I think a payment was made for repairs.
Guess whose brother was mayor at that time and gave in to the black rioters, Nancy Pelosi’s corrupt brother Tommy D’Allesandra II or III. He just died about a month ago. Should have died 50 years ago and saved a lot of hardworking Jewish businessmen/women their stores and livelihoods.
Did Nancy give a fuck? NO, and never will.
PS: I worked on an Organized Crime Task Force which included the Gottis and Gambinos and Gigante groups. You learn a lot from 302 reports (honestly written back them) and wiretap reports.
The scams are not just reserved to the Jews, other religions and races do the same scams
However I will say, the couple in Lakewood who hid a business that produced 1.3 million in income so they could get food stamps and section 8 housing really did piss off a lot of people
Their “punishment” they are suspended from social security/section 8 for 2 years
