In other words, he interpreted the rule as allowing him to schedule the minority witness hearing after the articles of impeachment had already passed.

Dems are going to vote to impeach no matter what the evidence is. If the GOP had a minority day before the vote the media would not cover it honestly, if at all. So I’m not sure this helps the Dems anyway. It just makes them look more evil.

Remember that they will still control the House in March when I think this will all be over. They just might try it again if they suspect they will lose the House after a failed impeachment.
