On Episode 69 of War Room: Impeachment Stephen K. Bannon, Jason Miller, and Raheem Kassam were joined by Gen. Mike Flynn‘s attorney Sidney Powell, who noted she believes U.S. attorney John Durham’s upcoming report will indict multiple individuals. Miller asked the attorney: “What do you want to see out of this Durham report that’s coming up next?”
“I’ve never heard of a U.S. attorney doing a report,” Powell responded. “I think [Durham is] going to indict people That’s what U.S. attorney’s do.”
“That is huge,” Miller emphasized.
Bannon inquired: “You’re saying that certain people like Brennan, Comey, and McCabe and these guys should lawyer up?”
“I imagine they already have,” Powell said. “If they haven’t, they are even dumber than they look.”

Always believed Comey taped his conversations with Lynch who directed him to spy and sabotage Trump. The FBI did not do this caper on its own. Those tapes are Comey’s get out of jail free card.
I always thought that. Prosecuting Attorneys don’t do “reports”. They indict and convict, and the only reporting they usually do is in the courtroom (at least that is how it should be). On the other hand, Special Prosecutors are political appointees. Why would Durham or any other Prosecutor give away any future cases?

You don’t get a change of venue to better chances of prosecution. The defense uses that to get a fair trial.
Plus Barr doesn’t really want to indict anyone. He wants to go back to the way it used to be before Obama took a dump on the entire system.

Durham’s not writing a report. He will either indict or he will not. Rumors that he has convened no grand juries this far are a bit disappointing. But then those are just rumors. I have no idea what he’s doing.
