I always thought that. Prosecuting Attorneys don’t do “reports”. They indict and convict, and the only reporting they usually do is in the courtroom (at least that is how it should be). On the other hand, Special Prosecutors are political appointees. Why would Durham or any other Prosecutor give away any future cases?
