In February 2018, California Rep. Devin Nunes released a four-page memo on Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Abuses at the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The memo included two key claims: that the now-discredited Steele dossier formed an essential part of the Carter Page application, and that the application was compromised.
Though Mr. Nunes has now been vindicated by Inspector General Michael Horowitz, at the time he was widely derided. Those who dismissed him included his Republican counterpart chairing the Senate Intelligence Committee, Richard Burr. In a July 24 story headlined Burr breaks with Nunes, CNN quoted the Senator as saying he believed there were sound reasons for the FISA order.
Mr. Burr was hardly alone in this reaction. But the CNN story notes that he made his comment when asked about the House Republican memo alleging FBI and Justice Department abuses of the FISA process. Mr. Burrs remarks thus played to the press denouncing Mr. Nunes, enhanced Mr. Burrs standing with Democratsand by the way have now been proved wrong.

And Pierre Delecto aka Mit Romney. That never ending infection given to the country by UTAH. WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING UTAH?
Reporter Ali Watkin’s ‘boyfriend’ Wolffe
——WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING UTAH?-—
Being Mormon trumps being American
I don’t know how corrupt he is, if at all, but the rest of your appraisal is right on.
Burr is a disgrace.
On second thought:
It was revealed this week that 7.2 billion in US aid to Ukraine was money laundered and came back to the US.
All of that money could not go to one person....greed would not tolerate it.
Barr will eventually track down the recipients.
It will take a long time to get to the end, but in the meantime it will be an interesting time.
I stick to my prediction that we are going to see a few murders, probably more suicides and of course some of them will be arkansides.
The amount of money involved is too great to give up peacefully.
I thought Burr should have stepped down a long time ago. He has hurt the entire country. Not just South Carolina.
Compromised.
Actually, for all intents and purposes, Mark Warner, not Richard Burr, has been running the Senate Intelligence Committee. Burr is feckless.
Positive..Burr is retiring
Negative..I won’t get the opportunity to vote against him.
In Burr's defense, Warner (my senator) is much deeper into the deep state and he is one of the blackmailers.
We have found the 5th GOP Senator involved in FISA and the reason the GOP refuses to investigate FISA.
McCain
Graham
Burr
Romney
Flake
Graham is working to fast track the Impeachment articles so that nothing is exposed. Pierre is being aweful quiet. Not like old Mittens to bite his tongue.
I hope that you are 100% right in your predictions. But, I really hope that at least a few of them end up in prison. I think for some of them, that is far more humiliating than ending up in Ft Marcy Park.
“Burr is a rat mole and dirty as hell.”
Correctomundo. CTH gathered up all kinds of info revealing this guy was part of the effort to take out Trump.
“CTH gathered up all kinds of info revealing this guy was part of the effort to take out Trump.”
So that begs the question: will this little worm vote to convict?
Perhaps Burr should no longer be chairing the Senate Intelligence Committee.
Being Mormon ROYALTY beats even that!!
