2 Shooters Fire At Civilians, Police From Jersey City Rooftops
Yet another stunning active-shooter incident is unfolding Tuesday afternoon in New Jersey City, as two armed suspects fire on police officers using what appear to be sniper rifles as the shooters jump from rooftop to rooftop trying to escape, according to local media reports.
Loud gunshots can be heard in videos posted to social media. At the end of the video below, a man can be heard shouting “they took him out”, though more gunshots followed.

While I'm inclined to think some of these shootings are false flags, this one didn't play out like one. The incident started in a cemetery and proceeded a half mile away to a supermarket as the perps tried to flee. I work in Jersey City and was following this on the police radio scanner. Besides the one cop who died and the two perps, there were three civilians who were found dead in the supermarket. By today's standards, four victims and the two perps dead is hardly a "mass" shooting.
So I heard that this was an undercover drug buy that went south. Is that the info from your location?
Presumptively Jihadists. They should focus on that presumption and thus on Muslim suspects FIRST for greatest % effectivity of capture.
The presumption can be rebutted by clear and convincing evidence to the contrary.

I agree as two of the 5 dead in the Kosher Supermarket were the shooters.
That was the story for a while. In the video I posted of a press conference with JC officials, they say the cop who died was trying to get guns off the street. He worked in the Cease Fire Unit. The police chief also mentioned that there might be an explosive device in the U-Haul van in which the perps fled the initial scene.

Here is a more recent link. Now reports 6 dead including the officer. My late father lived in Jersey City for a number of years in the basement of his 4 unit rental building. A very mixed bag, Section 8, drug dealers, and well behaved immigrants. He was really afraid to do anything about the drug dealers for fear of reprisals.

According to senior law enforcement officials, the Tuesday afternoon shoot-out began when a detective saw a van possibly linked to a murder from over the weekend in Bayonne. As the officer approached, a suspect got out of the van to shoot the officer before taking off.
That officer, later identified as Det. Joseph Seals, died from his injuries. The preliminary investigation suggests the 39-year-old father of five was killed "while trying to interdict the bad guys" at a cemetery on Garfield Avenue, said Jersey City Police Chief Michael Kelly.
Now the cops are saying that the Jewish market was “targeted” the perps were black..from the beginning they said that this was an undercover operation gone bad, seems like the market was just in the area and a place to run into, not sure how it was targeted guess we will find out

Read a dark ages story of a guy caught stealing from the church, the local tanner stripped the guys skin off in one piece with one pull after cutting for a few hours while everyone was there to watch the big event, then they “nailed the hide to the door”. I can imagine that cuts down on undesirable activity.
