Hunter Biden must be called by Senate Republicans to testify in an impeachment trial of Donald Trump if House Democrats pass articles of impeachment against the president, said Tony Sayegh, White House senior adviser for strategy, in a Monday interview on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with host Alex Marlow. Sayegh spoke of the White House’s preparations for a possible Senate impeachment trial of the president.
“We’ve made clear, if the Democrats are foolish enough to vote on articles of impeachment out of the House, we are prepared for a Senate trial,” Sayegh said. “We welcome a Senate trial, and the White House has also made clear that you have to call, certainly, the whistleblower. What were his dealings with Adam Schiff and Adam Schiff’s office? Was there witness tampering there?”

I think all this talk of calling Biden and Schiff as witnesses is a bluff to get the Rats to back down.
Those guys will NEVER testify. At worst, they will tie this up in the courts for years.
It may be up to Judge Roberts, and he seems to have extortable skeletons in his closet.
There won’t be a senate trial.
Not only must he testify, he must answer questions raised by the corruption investigation conducted in Ukraine. The Burisma CEO has been arrested on corruption charges and Hunter must testify as to his connection to the corruption

You may be correct. Only to the extent the House will never vote to Impeach. Clear signals like this from the White House and Senate is scaring the bejeebers out of House Rats.

What’s funny is that they’ve convinced their know nothing base that this impeachment “inquiry” is actually the impeachment. So they have to somehow tell them at some point that no, President Trump has not been impeached and he’s never been impeached.
So true - or many people think we’re waiting on the vote, and we don’t even have articles of “PeachFotiFi.”
