While vising the home state of his Vice-President Lyndon Baines Johnson, November 22, 1963, John F. Kennedy was shot in Dallas, Texas.
The youngest President ever elected, being 43 years old, he was also the youngest to die, barely serving 1,000 days.
Kennedy was on his way to the Dallas Trade Mart to deliver a speech, in which he had prepared to say:
"We in this country, in this generation, are - by destiny rather than choice - the watchmen on the walls of world freedom.
We ask, therefore, that we may be worthy of our power and responsibility,
that we may exercise our strength with wisdom and restraint, and
that we may achieve in our time and for all time the ancient vision of peace on earth, goodwill toward men ...

JFK Threads,,,,
Ssssshhh.
There is a book called “The Men Who Killed Kennedy” that directly implicates Johnson... and it is VERY convincing.
I liked the X Files version of the JFK assassination (1996), Cigarette Smoking Man and the Deep State.
What do think the statistical probability of an accidental fatal shooting of another person is? How many cases like this are there of this happening, aside from hunting accidents? And a non novice, someone that is trained in the use of firearms? Even with the case of Dick Cheney, his hunting buddy wasn’t killed.
Is that probability greater than an intentional shooter aiming at a target?
He made some good speeches......That about sums it up.
The “National Enquirer,” latest findings of JFK’s assassination:
I have family in the Texas Hill Country - in fact Gillespie County. A lot of stories about Lyndon, and a lot are not good.
Pelosi was wild-eyed even 56 years ago.
JEK was assassinated because J. Edgar Hoover did not want JFK and his brother RFK to go after the mob. Hoover feared the mob would try to blackmail him with their knowledge of his transsexual activities. When Hoover tried to blackmail JFK because of his flings with women, it backfired. RFK was prepared to fire Hoover when the assassination plot was hatched. Also, Hoover hated the Kennedys because of Kennedy patriarch, Joseph Patrick Kennedy Sr’s ties to the mob. Bottom line, it was Hoover who conspired with power hungry LBJ to launch the assassination.
This battle between Hoover and the President have significance today with Comey.
Beware of two dimensional thinking. The tank is behind Trump, in the rear of the car. But what does it matter? Gasoline requires oxygen to burn. It’s not just going to blow up, like in the movies.
JFK’s legacy is nothing more than a fabrication of propaganda and fiction.
How about staring down the Ruskies over the Cuba missile event.?
Johnson would hold meeting while he sat on the toilet with the door open. And worse.
I think my favorite moments were "we will support *any* friend, oppose *any* foe"..."a rising tide lifts all boats" and my *very* favorite: "let *them* come to Berlin".
I’d want one of those to travel the streets of the Bronx.
....And did you take your meds today?
Yup. The US State Dept paid $450 plus for Oswalds ticket back to America after he went to Russia, swore allegiance there. Then he changed his mind and was given the ticket back here. That was about a year before Kennedy was shot.
Why would the State Department bring him back here?? Ask CIA , FBI etc
The only thing it’s missing, in my opinion, is an R2 unit.
