Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) on Thursday delivered a speech at Clark Atlanta University, and declared that it is time to adopt Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee’s (D-TX) legislation on reparations. Warren delivered a speech at the historically black university Thursday evening and stressed the need to pass Lee’s reparations legislation, which “establishes the Commission to Study and Develop Reparation Proposals for African-Americans.”
“Let’s be clear: It’s time for our government to have a full-blown national conversation about reparations,” Warren wrote in a tweet containing a video of her remarks:

What a conversation that would be. They just want a conversation about having a conversation about reparations if they even want that much. She needs to be encouraged on this. The leading Dem candidates are duds for black voters. If they can’t get them to turn out big, they can’t win. This is a trial balloon. They need to all start trying to out-reparations one another.
President Monroe gave them their own nation, liberia, their own constitution and plenty of cash over the years as reparations.

Since her ancestors stayed in the South and fought for slavery I vote she pays.
My ancestor left the South because of slavery and ended up sending his sons to fight his nephews and brothers at garden spots like Antietam, Chickamauga, Chancellorsville and every damn nightmare Mr. Lincoln conjured.
So we already paid. Now it’s her turn.
