There is a chain of command. In the military racial matters were referred to the Equal Opportunity Group. Chain of command was assumed to be racist and the higher ups needed to keep a lid on matters so they created another avenue. They were scared. This particular matter appears to not satisfy Vinman so he sought another avenue. Good luck with that one.

As an ex-USAF officer, I am disgusted with Vindman. He is a disgrace to his oath.
So you talked to numerous people after the attorney told you not to anyone, Many except your direct boss in the chain of command? Thought the attorney said not to talk to anyone? Your attorney told you to not talk to your boss but it was OK to talk to others but him?

This tells me Vindman became a willing participant in the coup effort. When he went to the whistleblower, he knew who he was dealing with. He was aware of the mission plan of the coup effort and knew exactly who to tell. His role in all of this was like a Russian agent who infiltrated the inner core of the Executive Branch to extract information needed to undermine it. I am sure this role gave him great pride in his endeavor to push the objectives of the Left learned during his tenor under Obama as a foreign area officer specializing in Eurasia in 2008. I wonder if he was involved in the Biden Family corruption going on in Ukraine. My antennas went up when I saw him testify today.
