You are 100% CORRECT. Furthermore, he has disgraced all of us who took the OATH to “- - - support & defend the Constitution of the United states, -——”.
Obviously, whomever that he is talking to told him to NOT report his information up his designated Chain of Command.
IF I could, I would ask him WHY he felt it important to ask his lawyer how to do his sworn duty to the military service & to our Republic. = Telling the TRUTH is nearly always EASY.
It’s DECEIT that is HARD to accomplish in such a way that you may escape culpability for your unethical/unlawful behavior & immoral acts.
I would also ask Vindman WHY he feels that he has any responsibility to the President of Ukraine, rather than to the USA.
(As you KNOW a LTC is far from senior enough in rank to be legitimately a Policy-Maker. = Vindman, at least imo, has a very BLOATED sense of his place in the military hierarchy.)
