IG Michael Horowitz Will Testify About FISA Report to Senate on December 11th…
Conservative Treehouse ^ | 18 November 2019 | Sundance

Posted on 11/19/2019 3:20:20 AM PST by Erik Latranyi

Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) today announced that Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz will testify before the Committee on Wednesday, December 11, 2019.

The Inspector General will discuss the findings of his investigation into DOJ and FBI’s conduct during the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant process as it relates to the 2016 presidential election.

Considering the end of the principal review phase on Friday November 22nd; and considering the Thanksgiving holiday of November 28th; this likely puts the publication date for the report on/around Monday December 2nd, with testimony the following week.

It is possible the FISA report release, and the 12/11 Horowitz senate testimony will come at the same time the House of Representatives moves the impeachment inquiry into the House Judiciary Committee. According to the Pelosi calendar the last day for the House of Representative is Thursday December 12th.

Charmonica is late this year, during Christmas week.

Horowitz will explain that it wasn’t his decision to decline prosecuting anyone.

Imagine the number of recess appointments.

Sack and replace every last one of Obama, Bush, and Clinton stoogies that are still employed by the federal government.

“IG Michael Horowitz Will Testify About FISA Report to Senate on December 11th…”

Will that be 2019, or 2020?

I imagine it will be like the IRS scandal. We accidentally made some mistakes and let’s see how we can improve and never let it happen again.

And FBI Director Chris Wray has already ordered sensitivity training for all agents, and communicated the directive with a very strongly worded letter.

Since when have Democrats not been barking at the moon crazy? They have always been that way.

Just went to the CTH link and got some promising info from one of the comments on their article.
The comment (which was addressed to “Treepers” :) pointed out that 5 out of 7 of the judges now serving on the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals are TRUMP appointees. Two were confirmed just this past Thursday: one (Menashi) was formerly counselor to PT; the other (Nardini) was assistant US attorney in the district of Connecticut criminal division. To me, this is very good news!

Also, this news is encouraging because Durham is a prosecutor based out of Connecticut, and if he impanels a grand jury and it brings indictments, the defendants will be under the jurisdiction of this 2nd Circuit.

I am hopeful for this as well. A couple of weeks ago President Trump was doing one of his helicopter press conferences and referring to the swamp and Russia hoax said “I caught them. I caught them all. We’ll see what happens”. I’m prepared to be disappointed, but man do I wanna see some heads roll.

Didn’t Trump promise to release the FISA warrants a year ago?

It was a “Trump” judge that let dirtbag Jim Acosta back in the White House. I wouldn’t count my MAGA chickens there just yet.

Re: Also, this news is encouraging because Durham is a prosecutor based out of Connecticut, and if he impanels a grand jury and it brings indictments, the defendants will be under the jurisdiction of this 2nd Circuit.

99% of federal crimes are tried in the jurisdiction where they took place.

100% of the FISA crimes - if any - took place in Washington D.C.

Two of those five judges are suspect.

Sullivan got 30 Democrat votes.

Nardini got 38 Democrat votes.

Ok, I will now punish myself for being optimistic by bringing up memories of Jim Acosta’s behavior at a Trump press conference.

Well, so much for that idea!

The jury pool probably matters more. Comey, McCabe, and their crew have been high profile, in part, to position themselves a political victims. They’re looking for a jury to agree with them.
