Any guesses on Doherty's replacement?
Bottom line. In this economy, if you are homeless, you simply refuse to work or leave magnet cities that have a good dole. Usually its dope. But a fair number do it because it’s fun and an easy way of life.
...Doherty was appointed in 2015 under the Obama administration to lead the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness...

Why the hell would they fire him....hes been doing a hell of a job of advancing and promoting homelessness. /sarc
Until 2019, almost EVERYONE in the Trump administration was appointed, hired, or promoted by Obama.
If you’re homeless in this economy, the problem is you.
Homeless veterans should get automatic housing vouchers ahead of anyone.
Illegals should not receive any housing benefits whatsoever
“Doherty was appointed in 2015 under the Obama administration to lead the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness...’
The best way to NOT solve a problem and to make it worse and ensure that it will last forever is to create a federal agency to solve it
They caused it with their "sanctuary cities"....sounds like a California problem.
LOL. With the MSM, Democrats addressing homelessness is about helping people, but Republicans (especially the president they hate so much) addressing homelessness must be a “broad crackdown” because we all know that not having a home is a felony you can arrest people for, right?
Maybe, some of these homeless people are illegal aliens. Maybe some are fugitives of justice. Maybe some need mental health assistance, which the Democrats took away years ago, leaving such people to fend for themselves. Maybe some need a leg up. And no president in my lifetime has made financial independence more achievable than President Trump.
But, sure, MSM, President Trump is the secretly Tyrell Wellick and loves to beat up homeless people when he gets frustrated by all the abuse and lies he’s been getting from Democrats, the MSM, and the Deep State. President Trump is the boogie man under your bed (or in your head).
Maybe somebody forgot to tell him the idea was to REDUCE homelessness.
Or was it?
Why would homelessness be a Federal problem in the first place?
bring it on. We need the feds to intervene here. SF alone spends $350 million a year or $41,000 per homeless person. Heck that will pay a mortgage here but instead it goes up in cannibis smoke.
Marxine might be crazy, but she’s not stupid.
She lives in a mansion in a lily white neighborhood instead of living in her own slum district, with all the unpleasantness that massive homelessness, rampant drug addiction, and unrestrained illegal immigration bring.
Why is California’s homelessness brought on by their leftists politicians Trump’s problem? Leave them there and let the lefties in California drown in their own swill.
Does this mean Doherty will be testifying for impeachment that Trump was mean to him and fired him?
Once again, why was an Obama appointee left in his position by the Trump Administration for years? Personnel is policy and Trump has been hobbled and sabotaged by countless political appointees who should have been fired on day one of America’s new future.
Oust the Obamunists
How many of the homeless in Marxist Waters’ state were shipped there by New York officials? That is how NY deals with homeless people, they ship them out of state.

HERE LIES THE PROBLEM!!! WHAT IS THIS OBAMA LEFTOVER DOING IN TRUMPS ADMINISTRATION AFTER 3 YEARS???? While he says he’s draining the swamp, he’s not draining the swamp in his front yard!
Hire impenetrable loyal personnel and get rid of everyone remotely associated with the rats and Obama
I do hope Trump tells us, some day, why he didn’t just PURGE the whole bunch.
I suspect something along the lines that he was convinced (no doubt by the Deep State) that the people who work for him were basically non-political when it comes to following orders from above.
...but even so, it was OBVIOUS at the start that they were not his friends, and never felt they needed to answer to him.
