The “homeless” have taken over the sidewalks, freeway underpasses, freeway overpasses, on ramps, exit ramps, empty lots, sidewalks in front of vacant buildings, vacant lots, vacant buildings, and anywhere else they can occupy. The LA Slime building on Central and Olympic has erected a fence cordoning off the sidewalk in front of their headquarters to prevent “homeless” tents and encampments. Litter is everywhere and the city is impotent in tracking who is littering and in cleaning it up. Thank you Garcetti and adulterer Newsome.
