In the hours after National Security Advisor John Bolton was fired by President Donald Trump on September 10th, he immediately began calling longtime political operatives in Washington, DC, sources tell The Chronicle. Many of those calls were made to Democrats and many of them in the national security establishment.
...
Its go time, he began those conversations, multiple sources tell The Chronicle, as if to suggest that Boltons patience with the President had worn thin, and even implying later in more than one conversation that a faction of neo-conservatives at the Central Intelligence Agency was ready to remove the President from office.
...
While on the phone with one former government official who currently works on K Street, Bolton admitted that he was furious with the President, whom he lambasted with obscenities for more than five minutes. The President would learn his lesson, he told the lobbyist, who chalked it up to a disgruntled employee venting over his unexpected termination.
But now, he fears that Bolton is organizing a coup detat to oust President Trump from office. He cites Boltons contacts with journalists at major media outlets particularly The Washington Post under the ownership of Jeff Bezos to whom Bolton is widely thought to have leaked information from inside of the Trump administration through the duration of his tenure.

Never liked or trusted the beady eyed man
Okay. Got me on that one. I didn't notice the date.
Not to knock the Chronicle. I don't know anything about the paper but if Bolton was contacting political operatives in the hours after he was fired, why would somebody contact some obscure newspaper instead of going to one of the big Fake News Media outlets.
Or, once the Buffalo Chronicle did come out with the story, why didn't one of the big Fake News Media outlets run with the story?
Something just doesn't sound right. But, again, I am not saying outright Bolton is not part of the coup. He very well could be.
I don’t do the twitter so I’ll take your word for it.
Would Bolton work with the rats who he has said numerous times are destroying the country because he feels slighted? If so then I cannot think of a time l would have been more wrong about someone.
“sources tell The Chronicle”
That’s the only cited source in the entire article.
Farcical.

What I do know is that Bolton has been running his alligator mouth against President Trump and undermining him with his publicly printed disagreements/complaints...which imo makes him suspect.
It’s always “sources” and “multiple sources” who are always quoted. They’re getting more attention than that guy named “anonymous”........
Gov has been run so long on laxity and whatever.. then a man with ideas of doing it right gets the job, and all the rats have their fits ...thinking the new guy doesn’t know what he’s doing..and they lost control.
Our gov was being run to destruction. .. Obama had a heavy lethal foot on the accelerator. Trump is fighting hell to keep America free.
Bolton is another swamp creature who is exponentially less smart than he thinks he is.
Mike Rogers
There’s also an article that says that Preet Bharara is going to indict Cuomo on Jan. 2nd. Uh, I doubt it.
This will be amusing. When Bolton was up for confirmation, the D’s and the Old Media went crazy — unqualified, bad temperament, mean to women. Now that he’s anti-trump, he will be the worlds greatest and most distinguished man.
Where did I say that in my post?
Google “The Buffalo Chronicle” and look around at various sources to learn on more about the website. And read the comments here. Several trusted Freepers have said its a highly dubious source.
Donald Trump is but one step to seizing back our Country. Draining the swamp completely is the other.
My only point was that no matter what outlet printed it, it would be immediately suspected of being ‘fake’ news or lies because the format is the same. btw, you can google any of the common outlets we as conservatives go to, and find that the detractors are limitless.
I seriously doubt this, and even if true it’s just another bureaucrat who thinks they should be making US policy, not the President. Strong opinions yes. Traitor...don’t think so.
you said it well!
LibertyWoman, I agree and applaud your views on President Reagan. The best there ever was and, sadly, the best there ever will be.
Trump picks badly, okay, but who’s offering their resumes for him to draw from? Part of Trump’s appeal was that he wasn’t tied into the apparatus. His appointments bear the truth of that.
