Joe Biden's wandering hands and obsessive sniffing habits just cannot be curbed, it seems. Even after he admitted that his actions (obsessively smelling the heads of small children and grabbing and kissing people who didn't ask to be kissed) is creepy and weird and he vowed to stop it, he apparently can't. Here he is on the campaign trail, weirding out other people's kids.

I wonder how many copies he owns of Marilyn Manson’s EP: “Smells Like Children”? :P
He has no boundaries. None.
Joe’s really the complete package isn’t he? A quintessential moron.
Oops, somehow came out twice... My bad.
Can’t help himself.
Another slice from Comet Ping Pong Pizzeri
OMG. His handlers were probably trying to watch him like a hawk, and before they could react, he stuck his nose into that girl’s hair. They probably panicked as his head dipped towards the top of her scalp, but...too late.
He did it again.
He really is damaged goods. And he is regarded by some as their most electable candidate. Almost impossible to believe.
The Left really is that bad.
TOTALLY ignored by the media!!! Remember the outrage a few months ago about him groping adult women? The media reported that as “he’s just an old fashioned kind of guy” while totally ignoring the videos of him groping little girls and even reaching down to touch their chest. It is absolutely disgusting how this media we have protects these scumbags.
He clearly cannot stop. He cannot control himself. Which is very bad.
I hear if Biden gets elected they are going to lower the age for interns to 12. . . .
Watch the video. Is that really him? He has gone full Cher on the, um, enhancements. It does not look like him.
Kinda makes it more plausible that he frequented pedophile Island!!
He misses the pizza shop fun....
Have they already edited it? The video freezes before Biden’s schauz touches the girl’s head, and then progresses past it.
