Smuggling gangs in Mexico have continuously sawed through President Trump’s controversial border wall using every day power tools, according the U.S. agents and officials with knowledge of the incidents.
The security breaches, made with a popular cordless reciprocating saw that can sell for less than $100, has been used to open gaps large enough for people and drug loads to filter through.
When fitted with 'specialized' blades, the tool can break through one of the wall's steel and concrete bollards in just minutes.
The Washington Post reports that after slicing through a bollard, smugglers will push the steel out of the way, allowing an adult to fit through the opened space.

Yep. The wall will have monitoring equipment but it hasn’t been installed in all sections yet. Like you say, no wall is impenetrable.

It was known from the planning stages that the wall could be cut with power tools. The wall’s purpose isn’t to be impenetrable but to slow down the smugglers long enough to detect and apprehend them. Your buddies in the libmedia are hoping the average person doesn’t realize this.
It wasn’t that long ago that the comPost wouldn’t admit that Trump was building a wall.

All one has to do is look how much of this new temporary barrier is replacing old temporary barrier.
Yes, the new stuff s far better, but 4 years of a Democrat president, or another Republican GWB, and large openings will be in place at strategic locations.
We should thank the paper for showing that whan there is a small breach in the wall a FEW illegals get theough instead of the large masses that have been getting through.
Since the illegals can still walk around the wall, why are they taking the time to cut a hole in the wall. Sounds like an agent for some left winger.

You realize the point of the wall isn’t to be impenetrable, right?
There is no such thing as an impenetrable anything.
A good wall is just part of an overall border protection system.
But let’s pretend this is another Trump failure, because pretend is all we have.
This country needs a castle doctrine. Breaking into our “house” should be met with deadly force.
