DOJ Files Surreply Response to Flynn Brady Motion – (With a valuable little nugget of a mistake)….
Today the DOJ files their surreply to the game-changing Flynn motion to compel Brady material filed by defense attorney Sidney Powell (full pdf below). Within the DOJ filing the prosecution generally makes four arguments:
There seems to be a concerted effort by some to smear General Flynn. This misses the forest for the trees as they dismiss the railroad job Flynn is receiving by the rats in the deep state. Flynn was dangerous to the Washington establishment so he was taken out. I could care less how much money he made in his lobbying efforts prior to joining the Trump campaign.

Flynn can withdraw his guilty plea and have a full blown trial. If that happens Powell can subpoena anyone involved and cross examine them under oath. She could bring in Strzok, Comey, any and all of these felons to get to the bottom of this plot.
I would love to watch the reaction of the FBI if, when they go to “just ask a few questions” someone would say sure, you don’t mind if I record this interview do you?
I’ll find the source, might be Dan Bongino, but you’re wrong about Flynn knowing he was acting on Turkey’s behalf, ie a Foreign Agent. He didn’t find out until later that the Turkish company he was helping was state owned.
They are trying to get the case thrown out by the judge for misconduct by prosecutors or dropped by DOJ so they don't have to disclose exculpatory evidence. Trials are too unpredictable and expensive.

I really wish I could be, but I think this whole thing runs so deep that there’s no way they’d go through with any of it. Maybe a few of the low level types, the cannon fodder trying to get into the club and impress their bosses, might go down, but I doubt even them, unfortunately.
After what we’ve seen come to light since his inauguration and just how truly corrupt those people are, not just DOJ/FBI/CIA/etc, but all of DC, that city should be nothing but glowing embers on the ground. And yet they keep rolling along, with not a care in the world.
And I do not blame the President for one thing.
I don’t trust the IG or his report as far as I could kick him. If you or I were interviewed and lied to federal investigators, they would say we, lied. When a Dep Dir of the FBI, involved in trying to take down the President, lies, he lacked candor.
When the FBI crime lab was caught fabricating evidence used to convict people and no one goes to prison for it....there’s a problem

What the DOJ did to Sen Stevens and absolutely nothing happened to those AUSA’s. And Sullivan was the judge. He could have hammered them and instead they were allowed to, not only continue their careers, they sued and got all the time and money they lost from their initial punishment.
And one thing that I never hear mentioned is, what about all the folks that were handpicked by Comey, Mueller, Wiseman, Rosenstein, McCabe, Strzok, Page, Baker, Brennan, Clapper. Ones that are in senior positions, now, because they’re just as corrupt as their former bosses. The ones that, as Limbaugh states, don’t have to be told what to do. They know what has to be done for the cause. They’re all still there.
Yes...that is about as pessimistic as one could get. Just how I see it. However, if folks start getting locked up, I’ll happily admit I was wrong and start popping bottles.
That someone would not be interviewed or questioned about a single, solitary thing. They wouldn’t even ask him what time of day it is. They are used to being bullies and letting you know that the entire weight of the federal government will come down on you, if you don’t cooperate.
And, in the federal system, if you don’t take a plea, go to court and are found guilty, they can worsen your sentence. It’s their way of saying that you’re guilty, you knew you were guilty and you wasted the courts time, so GFY. You’re not seeing that in any state courtroom.

Isn’t helping a Turkish company enough?! And, yes, he should have known that is was government-owned or had government ties. He was simply selling out. Not so direct as the Bidens and Pelosi’s, but yes, he worked on behalf of a foreign government, cashing in on his US government and military service just as their kids did and do because of their parent’s roles.
The government will drop charges before they’d let go it to trial for the reason you state. ALL evidence will be exposed.
There was another filing yesterday by Powell concerning Mifsud’s phones. It is 5 pages and lays out what the defense says happened to Flynn.

I stopped driving in 2012 and STILL have no sleep schedule ....
I can go to bed at 8 or midnight, and I'll be up at 2:30 or 3:30 .... almost like clockwork.

Another scam that was pulled on me by the county & state during the 1990's was they would back date the postage date to show they mailed documents on time, only because one time when they did this, I was able to ask: how did a document dated 4 day's after the mailing date get into the envelope? Mailing date was in the teen's, Document's date was in the 20's. Even the judge didn't buy that. I was shocked.
