I’ll find the source, might be Dan Bongino, but you’re wrong about Flynn knowing he was acting on Turkey’s behalf, ie a Foreign Agent. He didn’t find out until later that the Turkish company he was helping was state owned.
Isn’t helping a Turkish company enough?! And, yes, he should have known that is was government-owned or had government ties. He was simply selling out. Not so direct as the Bidens and Pelosi’s, but yes, he worked on behalf of a foreign government, cashing in on his US government and military service just as their kids did and do because of their parent’s roles.
