DOJ Files Surreply Response to Flynn Brady Motion (With a valuable little nugget of a mistake) .
Today the DOJ files their surreply to the game-changing Flynn motion to compel Brady material filed by defense attorney Sidney Powell (full pdf below). Within the DOJ filing the prosecution generally makes four arguments:

"I believe those in the DOJ that perpetrated the gross prosecutorial misconduct will pay a heavy price.
Consider that Judge Emmet G. Sullivan has seen this goat rodeo before Hidden witnesses, altered and fabricated documents, the destruction of the rule of law all took place under the Senator Ted Stevens criminal case. The DOJ did not even receive so much as a slap on the wrist then and I fo not believe Judge Sullivan will tolerate the same outrage once again. That there were no consequences for the DOJ under Stevens only gave rise to the corruption in the Flynn case. Sullivan had been led to believe Flynn was guilty of treason by a lying corrupt DOJ.
Sullivan admonished the prosecution in Stevens and warned that the rule of law falters when the prosecution does not respect the rule of law. Imagine what Judge Sullivan is thinking now knowing the criminal malfeasance perpetrated by a prosecution that was involved in sedition and treason excoriating the prosecution will not be nearly enough as the prosecutions behavior was criminal. If the rule of law is to stand the judge must mete out consequences harsh consequences, or the rule of law falters.
Note that DOJ Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis was recused as lead attorney from the Flynn prosecution team.
I suggest we pray that Judge Sullivan has the will and the intestinal fortitude to do the right thing and is guided by God Almighty. Our nation, our freedom, our Constitution hang in the balance."
My only problem with all of this is that Flynn was a foreign agent. Shame on him. I am not very forgiving and really don’t care what happens to people who choose to shill for foreign countries, especially after a career in the US military or government. They are, simply put, traitors.
I don’t know enough about him to make an informed comment.
But i do know this board is a downer at 5am.
I mean am I the only one up drinking all night and..er..forget it.
Hell no, you aint alone !!!
Hell, I do my best thinking early in the morning before daylight.
:)
I guess I’ll go get some bagels in a little while.
People who dont work right hours never sleep right hours.
And i’m guessing when I retire in 15 or 20 years, I’ll still be a night person.
Great to see some souls around on here at this fine hours :)
Years ago I sued my state. They changed what was said in depositions. When I realized what was going on, I insisted on court reporter videos. The other side begged my attorney not to do it. Lesson for all: when you’re up against a powerful opponent in court, insist that all proceedings be video-taped and make them hand the video to you as soon as it’s over...NOT mail it to you later.
lol
up but no drinky
i am in a FR dream state
Thanks for this. Sidney Powell is one of the more outstanding Americans who have surfaced to fight the coup, and she is representing General Flynn well.
My oh my, how ignorant some are made by the lies of the state media.
Unless of course, the ignorant actor is actually knowledgeable and acting only to lead others away from the truth.
Fethullah 'Feta' Gulen
President Trump has recently called Gen. Flynn a hero.
Gen. Flynn was 'performing a role play' in connection with Turkey and it's related to the picture above. The person in the picture above is an international illegal narcotics gangster and has a subaccount in a Malaysia bank of $2B for Hillary Clinton under his $40B account.
Under the auspices of Obama, 'Imam' Gulen has established hundreds of Islamic 'schools' on US soil and has supplied his narcotic to the VA via Democrat controlled SEIU janitors who stock the product in storage closets when no one's looking. Vets have been addicted or overdosed or underdosed on the operating table, as part of 'revenge killings' of US soldiers in Afghanistan and all other 'stans' where the illicit international drug trade has a role.
General Flynn was a foreign agent as part of his cover but Hillary's camp knew what he was doing and targeted him for extermination if not total ruin.
For those reading, Gen. Flynn will be exonerated. There have been trolls in and out of FR spreading lies and rumors about him, calling out his 'Foreign Agent' status as somehow 'unpatriotic' without accounting or relaying the truth about his role in Turkey and other countries where he was acting in an intel role.
It’s not a downer if you know it’s disinformation.
See #11 and be informed, be aware, spread the truth.
Flynn received money for lobbying for Turkey, which is, at least officially, our NATO ally. This is not treason, although it was dishonest for him not to be open about it.
You havent been banned yet?
Why are gov’t attorneys defending this matter at taxpayer expense? DOJ lawyers deliberately and calculatingly commit the malfeasance/crimes and DOJ attorneys defend them. How crazy is that?
It is 3am here. I am up but not drinking. Going hunting so booze is out. Yes, the board is a downer this am.
Thank you for this informative defense of Gen. Flynn, a true American HERO!
Thanks,, Knew I’d read that before somewhere ,, dam it’s early , you’re not alone ;-)
In this day and age, the corrupt FIB relies on agents memory as evidence. In any other case, this would be hearsay and thrown out. As Reagan said, “Trust but verify”.
The FIB has done immeasurable damage to its reputation. Reputation once lost is nearly impossible to regain.
Oh, they have not lost their reputation, it just happens to be a BAD one and good luck getting their GOOD one back.
