"I believe those in the DOJ that perpetrated the gross prosecutorial misconduct will pay a heavy price.

Consider that Judge Emmet G. Sullivan has seen this goat rodeo before…Hidden witnesses, altered and fabricated documents, the destruction of the rule of law— all took place under the Senator Ted Stevens criminal case. The DOJ did not even receive so much as a slap on the wrist then and I fo not believe Judge Sullivan will tolerate the same outrage once again. That there were no consequences for the DOJ under Stevens only gave rise to the corruption in the Flynn case. Sullivan had been led to believe Flynn was guilty of treason by a lying corrupt DOJ.

Sullivan admonished the prosecution in Stevens and warned that the rule of law “falters” when the prosecution does not respect the rule of law. Imagine what Judge Sullivan is thinking now knowing the criminal malfeasance perpetrated by a prosecution that was involved in sedition and treason … excoriating the prosecution will not be nearly enough as the prosecution’s behavior was criminal. If the rule of law is to stand the judge must mete out consequences— harsh consequences, or the rule of law falters.

Note that DOJ Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis was recused as lead attorney from the Flynn prosecution team.

I suggest we pray that Judge Sullivan has the will and the intestinal fortitude to do the right thing and is guided by God Almighty. Our nation, our freedom, our Constitution hang in the balance."

My only problem with all of this is that Flynn was a foreign agent. Shame on him. I am not very forgiving and really don’t care what happens to people who choose to shill for foreign countries, especially after a career in the US military or government. They are, simply put, traitors.

Years ago I sued my state. They changed what was said in depositions. When I realized what was going on, I insisted on court reporter videos. The other side begged my attorney not to do it. Lesson for all: when you’re up against a powerful opponent in court, insist that all proceedings be video-taped and make them hand the video to you as soon as it’s over...NOT mail it to you later.

Thanks for this. Sidney Powell is one of the more outstanding Americans who have surfaced to fight the coup, and she is representing General Flynn well.

Why are gov’t attorneys defending this matter at taxpayer expense? DOJ lawyers deliberately and calculatingly commit the malfeasance/crimes and DOJ attorneys defend them. How crazy is that?

One would think that Powell will withdraw the guilty plea if Sullivan falters here. The last thing the FBI/DOJ wants to see is Powell calling and cross examining government witnesses. Hopefully this is what happens as it will expose the plot for the nation to see.

In reading this article by Sundance along with the comments section I have realized how the AG determines the culture of the Directors within the many divisions of the DOJ .

Stepping back to obtain some perspective, I recall how George Soros is spending heavily to influence the elections of District Attorneys throughout the individual states. He is buying influence to remake the Judicial system, to use in the liberal lawfare campaign to remake America, where the legislative branches have been checked by the rejection of liberalism at the polls.

Think of how New York is trying to obtain the Presidents taxes and California and many other liberal states are obstructing ICE. We focus on Federal corruption and ignore the individual states at our great peril!
