DOJ Files Surreply Response to Flynn Brady Motion (With a valuable little nugget of a mistake) .
Today the DOJ files their surreply to the game-changing Flynn motion to compel Brady material filed by defense attorney Sidney Powell (full pdf below). Within the DOJ filing the prosecution generally makes four arguments:
That is ALL news to me!! I PRAY its correct!! But how do you know all this? He has 2 BILLION I a Malaysia account for HILLIARY? OMG!

Interesting and informative.
But I think I will also try to stay out of court.
;-)
Do your feelings extend to those that shill for Wall St, Lobbyists, Corporate America, etc, that use retired, high ranking military, Congressman, and other government officials to continue robbing the American taxpayers blind, when they use their connections inside DC to get government contracts or favorable laws that they they use to evade taxes or push out competition?
I mean am I the only one up drinking all night and..er..forget it.

lol ...... here's to the guy who was up (hung over) who posted this thread.
;-)
And I don’t think that even works anymore.
It might not be along the same lines, but years ago, Anthony Russo made a documentary, Freedom to Fascism, which tore apart the individual income tax system and the IRS. Interviews of all sorts of folks that worked for the IRS or went up against the IRS. One such individual was going through an audit, or something like that. He and his attorney met with the IRS Investigator and secretly filmed it. There you could see the Investigator, seemingly, taking meticulous thorough notes on a yellow legal pad, IIRC. Well, court time came. Investigator was asked if any notes were taken. The answer was, NO. Defendant showed the video. Investigator committed Perjury. Judge ruled that the video couldn’t be used as evidence, tossed it and the guy lost his case.
Nothing will happen to the DOJ. Gen Flynn might get cut loose and then fight to get his reputation back. But nothing will happen to the DOJ, especially considering who brought the case against him. If it was some rookie, AUSA in some satellite federal court, that no one knew existed, maybe. That rookie is fresh blood. But no one is going to take down the Dem Hit Squad that was assembled to go after the President.
Flynn was not a foreign agent
You really need to read about this case.
Be very careful about ignoring governmental abuse of power
Hunt for a Democrat. They glow red in the dark.
Under the auspices of Obama, 'Imam' Gulen has established hundreds of Islamic 'schools' on US soil and has supplied his narcotic to the VA via Democrat controlled SEIU janitors who stock the product in storage closets when no one's looking. Vets have been addicted or overdosed or underdosed on the operating table, as part of 'revenge killings' of US soldiers in Afghanistan and all other 'stans' where the illicit international drug trade has a role.
General Flynn was a foreign agent as part of his cover but Hillary's camp knew what he was doing and targeted him for extermination if not total ruin.
For those reading, Gen. Flynn will be exonerated. There have been trolls in and out of FR spreading lies and rumors about him, calling out his 'Foreign Agent' status as somehow 'unpatriotic' without accounting or relaying the truth about his role in Turkey and other countries where he was acting in an intel role.

I hadn't read any of this before. Do you have a source or two?
And that is why only the super rich, for the most part, can take on the Feds. Sometimes, depending on the case one of those law groups will defend you or in the case of the kid from Covington Catholic(hope he gets paaaiiiiiddddd!!!), you get someone to do it ‘pro bono’.
Warren Buffet, Mr. I Don’t Pay Enough Taxes, fought the Feds for years over corporate taxes. I want to say he owed in the 100s of millions and he won. Of course, paying $1000/hr lawyers to defend you comes in mighty handy when the company is looking for tax deductions every April. He screwed the Feds out of money, coming and going.
If everyone of the lawyers involved in that case, and the whole Russia thing, knew that they could be personally held liable for their actions, I don’t think we’d have seen anyone get prosecuted. But, when you know Uncle Sam is paying the bills and you’re insulated from everything, you can do what you want. Wiseman is a perfect example. He should probably be in prison, now he’s teaching law in NYC.
One would think that Powell will withdraw the guilty plea if Sullivan falters here. The last thing the FBI/DOJ wants to see is Powell calling and cross examining government witnesses. Hopefully this is what happens as it will expose the plot for the nation to see.

Wouldn't one know ........ the The Evil Hildabeast Chappaqua Sasquatch is involved.
You have it a little wrong....
FIB does interviews with 2 agents. One asking the questions and interacting with suspect/witness/victim. The other takes notes. And the interviews are not recorded, like EVERY OTHER LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY IN THE UNITED STATES does. I’ve been out of law enforcement for a while. But nowadays, I doubt you could get a conviction on anything, unless there’s video or audio evidence. Folks don’t trust law enforcement anymore.
So, the only record of what was said is what is in the agents report. Nothing more. If the FIB had to operate under the same rules as local cops and detectives, most of them would find a new line of work or be run out of the job. A good street cop or detective could work circles around them with 1/3 the resources.
So, if the interviewee says that he told the agent that the sky was blue, the agent can say that he said the sky was green. And there’s no way to know who is telling the truth.
Hence, how folks think the FIB can make stuff up, out of thin air.
However, in this case, even their own paperwork showed that they didn’t think that Flynn lied, so somewhere in between, someone pulled some real dirty shit.

I'm unclear as to what you are saying.
Up. Driving three hours to a funeral.
Stepping back to obtain some perspective, I recall how George Soros is spending heavily to influence the elections of District Attorneys throughout the individual states. He is buying influence to remake the Judicial system, to use in the liberal lawfare campaign to remake America, where the legislative branches have been checked by the rejection of liberalism at the polls.
Think of how New York is trying to obtain the Presidents taxes and California and many other liberal states are obstructing ICE. We focus on Federal corruption and ignore the individual states at our great peril!
I am sorry about that. Not a pleasant way to spend a Saturday.
My sympathies go out.
