Rogue River Blue Cheese, produced by Rogue Creamery in Southern Oregon, is an organic, cave-aged blue cheese that is wrapped in pear spirit-soaked Syrah grape leaves.
The Savencia Fromage & Dairy-owned creamery beat out some tough competition: More than 3,800 cheeses from 42 countries and 6 continents were evaluated by a panel of 260 judges in Bergamo, Italy this month.

Any top gorgonzola, any top blue... we love. Best way to serve it, imo - get some friends together, get a quarter wheel of blue or a little more maybe, several good baguettes, several bottles of good zin... and you’re in heaven, lol! Maytag blue cheese is also made from cow’s milk -— it is the real deal and is among the best blue cheese available on the market.
There is also a Mediterranean water buffalo found in Italy and other subspecies of water buffalo are found in Eastern Europe.

Nothing beats Lands of Lake yellow/orange American Cheese, sliced thin, on burgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, or just eaten out of the hand. You can also cook it in scrambled eggs and omelets.
