that he didnt know about this world-shaking event is a commentary on Schiff's braindeaded-ness.
I hear Schiff attended grammar school on the special bus for low IQ'ers......although he had a problem finding the bus stop every morning.
Once he got on the wrong bus and was found at a senior citizens bingo game......BOL.

Perhaps it will come out that Al Baghdadi was located by tracing a call from the tapped Rep Schiff phone to the Syrian location of the now dead ISIS chief
Schiff in essence could have provided the intelligence that pinpointed the location.
