Several news reports indicated Sunday that House Intelligence Committee chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) had not been notified in advance about the successful raid on the hideout of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of the so-called “Islamic State,” or ISIS.
Al-Baghdadi was killed in the raid; there were no U.S. casualties aside from a wounded K-9 dog.
CNN and MSNBC bother reported that Schiff had been left in the dark:
President Donald Trump confirmed in remarks to the press Sunday after his address to the nation that he had deliberately kept some congressional leaders out of the loop, without naming Schiff directly.
“We notified some; others are being notified as I speak,” Trump said.
“We were going to notify them last night but we decided not to do that because Washington leaks like I’ve never seen before,” Trump said. “There is no country in the world that leaks like we do and Washington is a leaking machine.”
Trump said that tU.S. forces would have been placed in greater danger due to leaks in Washington tipping off the terrorists.

Trump tied their hands by not giving them an official heads up.
Question is did they know in spite of that and try to scotch the op....

That is awesome. Schiff-for-brains has demonstrated multiple times that he cannot be entrusted with national secrets.
They didn’t need to know.
The President clearly spoke to the issue. Adam Schiff can not be trusted with top secret operational information. Adam Schiff and others were called out as untrustworthy leakers.

Trump was right in not telling any of them before hand. They are entirely untrustworthy.
He would have leaked it.
SCIF wasn’t notifed. That’s why the operation was successful.
Was this success achieved with the help of our intel services or in spite of them?
And if Deep State suddenly fell in with Trump’s plan...why?
He was to busy making stuff up.
They did need to know.
But they can’t be trusted.
And that latter bit matters most.
poor, poor Adam. He get no respect.
If he gets blow-back Trump should inform them of ANOTHER secret raid occurring, and give them each a little different piece of information... find out which info gets out and you have your leaker.
The treasonous bastard would have warned the target resulting in failure for just political points...

All the top Dems have Al-Baghdadi and other high ranking ISIS on speed dial.
Let that sink in.
It’s PERFECTLY CLEAR that the Democrats would have undercut the operation, and, if they were fully successful, they would have REJOICED in seeing our troops killed, as that would have been a big-time victory over Trump.
Sorry if it bothers some people here, but that is EXACTLY what has become of the Democrats. It used to not be the case, but it is now.
So, think hard, VERY HARD, before sitting out November elections and thereby ENABLING them to achieve power.
Of course ...no Democrat should have been told.
