Ah takes me back to election night. Thats what is going on now. MSM no longer controls the news cycle especially Bug Eyes. Watch out for fatal accident rate to increase substantially in DC area

Doubt that it’s true. His choice would be to live after some jail time or getting whacked by the CIA/FBI goons.

What can he speak to that is not covered by attorney-client privilege?
He is a government employee, his client is the government. There is no attorney client privilege.

Probably a great deal because his client is the U.S. Government, not any individual FBI official and the client needs to claim the privilege. Barr, the AG, certainly isn’t going to claim it. Also, the privilege doesn’t apply if the attorney has participated in a criminal conspiracy with the client; it only applies to legitimate communications between them.

The “mob” may only have had city/state reach, where the deep state has global reach and unlimited assets.
The mob (mafia) was international, they eventually got taken down a bunch of pegs. I think the deep state is arrogant, thinking they can get away with crimes much like the mafia. The thing is the media can’t protect the deep state like they use to anymore. The only people watching MSNBC are Democrat partisians looking for talking points, the naive and misinformed.

Winner.
A felony conviction with no real time and a cushy job for the rest of ones life is better than being Arkancided.

Maybe, but as general counsel for the FBI, I’m not sure he is small fry.

Don’t need to do DC. Durham is the AUSA in Connecticut. He could empanel the Grand Jury there and possible run the trials there as well. Since the scope of the crime is Federal in nature and covers multiple jurisdictions, I think he has more latitude in what venue the trials could be held.

She has no idea who Monty Hall was but I told her that the guys trying to get to the bottom of the Russia lie are probably playing lets make a deal with three options, one being freedom, and the other two ending up in some sort of federal jug wedded to some large guy or accidently hanging himself after he accidently shot himself three times in the back of his head via Arkancide."Come sundown there are gonna be two things true that ain't true now. One is that the United States department of Justice is going to know what in the good Christ is going on around here, and the other is i'm gonna have somebody's a$$ in my briefcase."

Well I guess he didnt want to live in a prison for the rest of his life......Which won't be very long after Hilary has him Arkancided. Starting a pool now. Will it be a car crash, a robbery where nothing is stolen, or suicide with 6 shots to the back of the head after he hangs himself?

You may despise Romney, but he just isn't that important.
He amounts to little more than a skid mark on the underpants of the deep state.
