CNN claimed Thursday that the White House admits to quid pro quo with Ukraine.
That appeared to be the opposite, in fact, of what happened during a press conference with acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney.
Mulvaney told reporters that there had been no quid pro quo, as described by those pursuing his impeachment that President Donald Trump had not withheld aid from Ukraine until it agreed to investigate his potential 2020 presidential rival, former Vice President Joe Biden.

They just lie outright now and expect that most listeners are stupid enough to buy into it.
CNN = Comical News Network
It’s become undeniably clear that CNN’s reporter’s are supplementing their raging crack and meth habits by huffing spray paint.
What if they’re not lying?
It’s perfectly appropriate for this or any President to carry out his obligation to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, including the laws against money laundering, bribery, and misprision of felonies, by using whatever investigative techniques are appropriate and likely to be effective.

Fake news. Then again, its CNN! I expect no less!
“And...ABC News ran with the story on their 5:30 Evening News.”

To be honest, it’s a little confusing.
Mulvaney made certain remarks today that sounded exactly like what they claimed.
Europe and the traveling public get almost all of their news from CNN!
If your neighbor lied to you as much as CNN does, you would never lend him your crescent wrench again.
Not very deep thinkers over there.
They are lying that White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney confirmed there was indeed a quid pro quo. That was the lie, as he said no such thing, much like Adam ShiffForBrains read what President Trump said on the Ukraine phone call, only it was all made up from whole cloth.
In the country all neighbors have their own crescent wrenches. 8>)
You nailed it. Exactly right.
Shouldve known.
I expect nothing less from Jeff Zucker.
