California governor Gavin Newsom on Wednesday announced that he has signed a law banning hotels from providing guests with the small, disposable plastic bottles containing personal-care products such as shampoo and conditioner that are a common staple of the industry.
The ban on plastic bottles holding less than six ounces will go into effect on January 1, 2023 for hotels with more than 50 rooms, and one year after that for hotels with 50 or fewer rooms. The law allows a local agency to conduct inspections and issue citations if hotels do not comply. A first violation carries a $500 fine and a second carries a $2,000 fine...

This reminds me of the state of illinois wanting to impose a tax on plastic bags . . . after they were forced on the public in the first place.
The small dispensers became indispensable after the TSA imposed restrictions on carry-on liquids.
The TSA taketh away and CA taketh away even more.
Sweat in the dark you CA moonbats!
This will be remembered 100 years from now!
“Save the world!!” ban little plastic items! Then go on the street and sh$t.
I hope a deep-pocketed patriot runs to replace him (no more Schwarzenkennedy nonsense).
I cannot type what I want to say.
So now we have to bring the small plastic bottle stuff from home. Idiot.
Start hoarding corn cobs.
I hear the enviro-nazis are focusing on toilet paper now.
Jesus could return before the 100 years and it would then be a mute point. Besides plastic bottles in any size filled with any type liquid don't do well in fire that lasts forever. Something for all to think about.
Is this all hotels or just the ones with electricity? LMAO!
Yes, the earth can breathe a sigh of relief.
Next: all hotel guests will be required to stand in line at the communal shampoo tank, to have their government-approved organically grown gourds filled with exactly the same per capita amount of liquid. Of course they’ll have to show their ration cards.
Figured this was going to be from the Babylon Bee.
yep...you can’t fix pooping in the streets but by God we won’t let the rabble have the convenience of a little shampoo and mouth wash......
Meanwhile, more and more streets of California are becoming paved with human manure and various other filthy debris,
but we got rid of those ‘horrible’ plastic bottles, right?
Now, if certain businesses want bottled water for it’s employees, the price of a pack will probably increase by five times what it was before, since everybody knows that glass is much heavier than that kind of industrial plastic.
How on earth will those poor illegal aliens from Mexico manage in the “concentration camps” of California with no shampoo, and other toiletries? Riots in the streets will begin shortly.
It’s no secret why Gov. Newsom is being set up for recall.
Mr. Tyranny, himself.
