Way too young.
Very sorry, cancer is a terrible thing. May God comfort her family.
Wow
RIP
Very sad.
.....another reason Bernie needs to drop out.
He has a family who needs him right now, he needs to put his family first. Anything less than that is pure selfishness and inflated ego:
neuroendocrine cancer
Neuroendocrine cells are spread throughout the human body, but are mainly found in the small intestine, pancreas, and lung bronchioles. Neuroendocrine cells act like nerve cells in that they receive messages from the nervous system; they can also release small molecules that circulate throughout the body and work like hormones. High levels of these hormone-like substances can cause symptoms such as flushing or diarrhea.

Guys having a rough month !
Sad. RIP.
Rainè Riggs, a neuropsychologist, was married to Levi Sanders, and died of neuroendocrine cancer
(snip)
The obituary said Riggs was the director of behavioral medicine at Dartmouth Medical School for several years, and she started the Palliative Care Department for Dartmouth Medical Center. She also owned Riggs Geriatric Psychology in Windsor, Vermont.
ON TOP of the heart attack i would agree.
I wouldn’t expect a primary guy who’s in (or was before the heart attack) the race to quite because of this.
I wouldn’t have expected Trump to quit during the primaries because of something like this.
Life goes on.
How many of us get to drop out of life because someone EVEN CLOSER dies?
May she rest in peace.
It can involve the pancreas which could mean why it was so fast. Don’t know if hers did.
Alex Trebek is going downhill and may have to quit Jeopardy.
With Medicare for All, she would have died five years sooner.
RIP. Condolences to the Sanders family.
Rainè became ill three weeks ago. The hospitals were stumped. We brought her home last Sunday to UPMC, where she was diagnosed with neuroendocrine cancer. She died two days later
That’s brutal.
