On a past C-SPAN clip where Congress critters were taking the pledge with Biden, there was at least one young girl who was given a hard grab by Biden and yanked over to him. Others had their hair and faces caressed or his hand around their waist.

Hillary has only on thing in mind: Herself. She wants to be America's first female president.
If she has to use Biden to achieve her aims, so be it.
It's quite a simple strategy actually: Have Joe choose her as his running mate. That way Hillary doesn't have to go through the grueling primary process. With her on the ticket, the media will gush about how she was cheated in 2016.
After a few weeks in office, Biden would die, of some natural causes, of course. And voila: President Hillary.
