Don’t think the Judge should tell investigators that time is up.
It is a reasonable order.
And yet Mueller got all the time he wanted to go after Trump.
I’m pretty sure this is another affirmative action nincompoop.
Judges don’t have this authority. It is interference and the judge can be charged for it.
One way street in the just-us world.
Does a GJ have to indict before being charged? Yes?
I’m confused. If he hasn’t yet been indicted, why is a judge involved? Does this imply a grand jury was impaneled? Maybe I am forgetting something about this?
Im not sure if this is a threat on McCabe or a threat on Trump.
Is the judge insinuating that McCabes actions were bad and need to be known or that the justice department acted in bad faith and politically?
I thought a Grand Jury was supposed to be determining this. This case is over the release of documents from an FOIA request. How can a Judge order the DOJ to charge someone, if it isn’t even part of the case he’s hearing?
There’s a whole lot more crime at the feet of McCabe than just lying to investigators.
This judge has no business telling DOJ when to close out their investigation as DOJ has not yet brought their indictments against McCabe.
This Judge is associated with McCabe’s frivolous lawsuit for wrongful termination and violation of rights.
McCabe’s connected lawyer provided free of charge by the Obama-Clinton syndicate has chosen this court and its roster of judges as a tool used in the bullying of DOJ investigators.
The syndicate knows where its judges reside. And now we see a public report of this Judge getting hostile with DOJ.
Barr should have his US Attorneys motion to disqualify this judge for interfering in a federal investigation.
I think the judge’s heart is in the right place, but....
Prosecutors don’t want to bring charges. They are just play acting. Pretending to investigate.
And besides - the DOJ will never release documents that will incriminate them.
Ain’t gonna happen.
How queer.
Democrats havent stopped investigating lying and obstructing
No Authority to end an investigation
Was there a time limit on Flynn or Manafort
..
Judge Reggie B. Walton said at a hearing that if prosecutors don’t make a decision by Nov. 15, he would order the Justice Department to release internal FBI documents connected to McCabe’s ouster..
...
The headline doesn’t seem to match the article.
This is about a judge keeping documents private while an investigation is in progress.
Stop all investigations now! Or are some animals more equal than others?
Maybe DoJ is looking for an angle which they can prosecute in an American federal court instead of the democrat DC district which will have a jury of primarily government workers and democrat affiliates. If McCabe is tried in DC, as a prime never-Trumper, he WILL walk.
At that point if he wish to seek a plea deal and flip on Obama and the others, then so be it. If he doesn't want to flip, then make an example out of his for others to see the price of treason.
Needed a judge like that while the mueller circus drug over 2 years.
I agree. Its time to perp walk or fold.
Good. Fish or cut bait
