Don’t think the Judge should tell investigators that time is up.

15 months since McCabe was referred for prosecution. Or maybe 16 now. I’m not sure.

Time for DOJ to do its business or get off the pot so to speak.

I think he must see info that the public must be informed about. Not sure if that’s good for McCabe or bad for him though.

It may be info like Comey is the real liar and rat. McCabe a willing pawn.

"Don’t think the Judge should tell investigators that time is up."

Actually there is one of those Constitution thingys that mandates a speedy trial. The government should not be filing charges that they are not ready to prosecute.

Why is this before a judge if the investigators have not yet filed charges?

McCabe proactively sued right? claiming unfair firing?

I would have thought that they had put together a fairly tight case before letting him go.

What are the government attorneys waiting for?

I presume he’s asked them before now to give their reasons for delay and they haven’t, so he’s lowering the boom.

Once again a member of the Judiciary shows they haven’t a clue concerning the separation of powers.

The judges are consistently venturing into the powers of the both the Executive and Legislative Branches.

I couldn't disagree more.

He's telling them to sh*t or get off the pot because their endless investigations have gone on too long. The prosecutors don't control the legal case. The judge does.

They have enough now to prosecute him. Why are they dragging this out?

If it's political issues, then that's wrong.

If it's legal issues, then the judges is just telling them to cut to the chase and get on with it.
