Former Vice President Joe Biden, now a 2020 Democratic presidential contender, has locked into a specific story about the controversy in Ukraine.
He insists that, in spring 2016, he strong-armed Ukraine to fire its chief prosecutor solely because Biden believed that official was corrupt and inept, not because the Ukrainian was investigating a natural gas company, Burisma Holdings, that hired Biden's son, Hunter, into a lucrative job.
There’s just one problem.
Hundreds of pages of never-released memos and documents — many from inside the American team helping Burisma to stave off its legal troubles — conflict with Biden’s narrative.
And they raise the troubling prospect that U.S. officials may have painted a false picture in Ukraine that helped ease Burisma’s legal troubles and stop prosecutors’ plans to interview Hunter Biden during the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

All the foreign aid we give out comes with strings attached, but those are supposed to benefit the country, not our relatives.
That is an obvious question. Naturally the news and the Democrats will avoid it.
Here is what anyone and everyone needs to understand. The Democrat Party, and its leaders, are liars. They cannot speak or face the objective truth. Facts are the truth, despite Biden’s own idiotic and inexplicable remarks.
The Democrat Party is the Party of Criminal Fraud. Test it, see if you can find anything verifiable or any integrity at all in any of their positions, doctrines, or official statements. I say “official statements” because with them is is always all about politics and the accumulation of power, usually legitimately.
You might catch an honest pronouncement from one of these idiots now and then, when they are drunk at a party, or when there is an open mike within range, and they are unawares. Do others lie? Of course. Do they lie? Without fail. It is the only thing they can do right.
“legitimately” of course, should read illegitimately. There, that makes sense, in light of the facts.
