Vaping is almost all upside in comparison with traditional smoking, a wanton destroyer of health and lives, and yet the nation is in the grip of a panic about e-cigarettes.
In a rarity for the Trump era, the anti-vaping sentiment jumps traditional geographic and political bounds, running from the Oval Office to San Francisco, from President Donald Trump to his most fervent enemies.
Trump announced a Food and Drug Administration ban on flavored e-cigarettes last week, while not too long ago the San Francisco Board of Supervisors banned the sale of vaping products at retail outlets and — seemingly more persnickety about this than, say, the use of heroin or public defecation — prohibited their delivery to addresses in the city.

If people like the look and feel of vaping why can’t they do it without using nicotine? The companies wouldn’t like it because it wouldn’t be addictive but people could still enjoy the flavors.
I am not sure what these folks are doing, but doesn’t it seem odd that this is blowing up all at once? Vaping has been around for a while.
When this is all done, they will find people misusing the machines and adding crap where it doesn’t belong.

You do know that a significant number of smart/wise teens neither smoke nor vape. In the future they will likely look back and thank themselves for that decision. Many of the smokers and vapers may instead look back on their decisions with regret.

Not sure why anyone would want to vape it. It's pretty common knowledge amongst vape users.
They probably got it from China. Years ago i bought a few liquids from there. They put menthol in the bubblegum! I thought maybe they goofed and ordered another lil bottle. More menthol. If they are weird enough to put menthol in a bubblegum flavor, I wouldn't put it past them to use diacetyl.
No, I said she is 62 and looks 82 due to her extreme and too rapid weight loss caused by the COPD. She was diagnosed a year ago.
Emphysema is lumped together with other respiratory problems as COPD these days.
Her siblings have had plenty of conversations with her. We know she created the problem. I know she was in better shape when she smoked and didn’t vape.

Hey genius! I do blame my sister-in-law for destroying her health. But irresponsible idiots somehow always scream about how they need their freedom until they f**k themselves up and then they want the rest of us to take care of them.
And believe me... I spent 25 years waiting hand and foot on people who screwed their own lives up. There is no good reason for products that do nothing but wreck people's lives to be on store shelves. And to allow billion dollar industries to push this kind of crap on the public using modern advertising techniques is nonsense. So take your nasty rhetoric and waste it on someone else. I've seen how this goes over and over again.

I have never vaped anything but I am guessing that some people are getting nicotine poisoning from overdoing their nicotine vaping. And they can abuse and increase their nicotine intake precisely because vaping is much less irritating and less harsh on the lungs than cigarette smoke.
