One of the two New York Times reporters behind the much-maligned article detailing a new accusation of sexual misconduct against Brett Kavanaugh acknowledged that she knew the Supreme Court justice in college.
Robin Pogrebin and Kate Kelly adapted a story from their upcoming book for an article in the New York Times about Kavanaugh. The piece, which was published on Saturday, alleged that one of Kavanaugh's classmates at Yale University said he made inappropriate sexual contact with a female student. However, the article failed to mention that the female student who was the alleged victim has no recollection of the supposed event and declined to be interviewed.
Pogrebin appeared on WMAL's "Mornings on the Mall" to discuss the omitted details Tuesday morning, and she acknowledged that she and Kavanaugh were both in Yale University's class of 1987.
"I was in Brett's class at Yale," she admitted. "It didn't influence it. We weren't friends. I knew him to kind of say hello."

I agree. Thanks.
Credible, nope.
Even the one the court allegedly jailed him for was not credible.
And the gold digger should return her settlement money !
Its unbelievable what this man has accomplished. Quite literally unbelievable the destruction hes goaded the left into doing to themselves. And if that werent enough, hes peeling off voters (who I expect will stay home rather than vote for an unhinged lib)
Its a joy to behold, thats for sure.

OK, Camille.
So what did she get, $1,200,000 or so with an agreement of 1: no admission and 2: she would not prosecute.
Since she violated her settlement, she should returned the money.
Your deflection back to a case I have already stipulated was flawed has nothing to do with the 30 or more other credible accusations. The man did something, to many. It may have been a lopsided case, and therefore not perfect justice; but neither is he an innocent lamb.
Utter Rubbish.
We dont try people for here say in the media !
That is the practice of third world hell holes.
You have obviously not followed the cases closely, many of which were filed with law enforcement, but too late, due to the very short window of opportunity in most states until recent developments in law that finally recognizes the horror of rape for women, and how hard it is for them to come forward when so many people, yourself as one example, rigidly refuse to believe that they were taken advantage of and harmed.
PS
It’s “hearsay”
If I were accused of false accusations like these, Id be loaded for bear. Wheres Kavanaughs outrage?
when so many people, yourself as one example, rigidly refuse to believe that they were taken advantage of and harmed.
Rape is viewed as a serious crime by everyone on the planet.
Stop being ridiculous.
You have obviously not followed the cases closely, Rubbish. Try another lie

Rubbish. Try another lie.
due to the very short window of opportunity in most states
Rubbish.
Furthermore, Short windows are vital to ensure a proper trial.
The DNA evidence needs to be collected the day of the attack.
Witnesses and other evidence needs to be obtained while it exists.
And the flood of women making patently false complaints need to be jailed for long, long prison terms. Similar to the fate they sought to obtain for the person they were seeking to frame !!!
OK, sounds like this is very personal for you, and whatever happened has overshadowed any and all facts in every other instance, no matter how remote.
Calling me a liar won’t fix it for you, though; so this conversation is over. Good luck with processing your issue.
Well, stop lying and you will not be called a liar.
Tis very simple.
Your projecting your issues onto others does not change the facts.
That is what you have done, and then doubled down. Leave it alone now. This is a no-win conversation.
Thank you...
Leave it alone now. This is a no-win conversation.
They just needed the headline.Ruthie is on her way out.
Not defeated and did not say so. Your saying so doesn’t make it so. Bored with your low-level sniping. Goodbye and have a nice life.
One surrender was quite enough. We didn’t need a second one.
Thanks for the second one, though. Very nice of you to admit you’ve got nothing.
