New sexual misconduct accusation against Kavanaugh echoes previous Yale allegation

Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh is facing a new sexual misconduct allegation that appears to echo a previous accusation lobbed against him.

I’m not sure what I think of Kavanaugh yet as he hasn’t been there long enough to get a true feeling on him (especially regarding abortion and immigration). However, the left seems to think he is the Worst Justice Ever. This WOULD be laughable if America were not in uncharted waters. The radical left is using not only their old tools to destroy anyone in their path, they are now using quasi-legal tools too.

They think that if they can lob enough at the man, they will succeed in getting him impeached from the bench.

Supreme court justices are not untouchable. They can be impeached, but of course getting that confirmed is difficult. Think the left won’t go there? Think about where they’ve already gone...

I say max + more because they were trying to deliberately destroy an innocent persons life, deprivation of liberty and freedom and finances, and using the court system as a weapon against a person to pervert justice, and undermine the justice system.

Not to mention the waste of public resources like the time police could actually be investigating REAL crimes, etc. (like Smollett in Chicago, FAKE "hate crimes", etc.). Maybe, just MAYBE, if these idiots really got HAMMERED for their lies and deceit, the next group of liars and con-artists would think twice about doing stupid, deceitful things that waste public time and resources! I agree MAX+ (like "hate crimes" add extra years, so too should proven liars)!!

Now, compare that to the fact that the mainstream media KNEW and had PICTURES of John Edwards with his lover and their illegitimate child. And yet, the media did everything they could to ignore and even LIE for John Edwards while he was running for Vice-President!?!

By the nature of the thing, streakers were tacitly admitting that they were doing something wrong. They “streaked” at a distance, generally in front of a crowd, and nobody really got a close-up stare at their genitals. Further, although they were fewer than men, female streakers were not completely unknown.

It seems self-evident to me that streaking as a phenomenon was quite different from exposing one’s self at a party, by definition an enclosed space, smaller than generally chosen for streaking, then shoving your member in the face of a girl who had, presumably, invited it in no way.

Streaking was a well-known phenomenon. I never saw anyone behave as described at a party. This is why I asked if anyone else had observed such behavior.

There is no evidence that anyone put their penis in anyone’s face or that there was any phenomenon like it in the 1980s as opposed to the known phenomenon of streaking in the 1970s.
