If she still used a flip phone the guy would be in jail by now.

Thank God for technology.

(Somewhat kidding)

Everything you said is correct. What happens is that it hurts real victims.

Hmm, first she says she had consensual sex with him (while later claiming at the time she couldn’t actually remember what happened), then when someone threatens to tell her maybe-boyfriend she slept with his friend, she miraculously remembers that it was “borderline rape” and goes to the police but doesn’t want to press charges.

I’m skeptical.

“Even if officers and prosecutors don’t believe the story, she said, the choice to prosecute her set a dangerous precedent.”

How about the dangerous precedent of letting women falsely accuse men of rape with zero consequences?

Yeah, when you are blackout drunk, those memories don’t come back. The only way I’ve ever known what happened when I got that drunk is calling my friends and asking them to tell me all the embarrassing stuff I did the night before.

Drunk people end up with bruises even when they don’t have sex because drunk people are clumsy people.

I’m curious about why she didn’t want her rape kit tested? Evidence of more than one sexual partner?

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

:)

You’re right. I DO KNOW people that get black out drunk or did and their memories DID NOT recover.

And HOW RELIABLE are recovered memories when someone’s whole future is on the line!??!

My advice to women is this: do not be a drunkard as it is unbecoming and opens the door to abuse.
_________

Do you give the same advice to men?

If men are drunk and robbed(or rolled by women), I guess that’s too bad. They were drunk and unaware. That’s what they get.

What about that smiley face killer? The one who some think is a serial killer. Drowns young drunk college students(men) in the river. Well, to damn bad. They were drunk and unaware. They got what they deserved.

Agree with much of what you say. Getting wasted leads to making bad decisions and clouds the memory.

Getting drunk opens the door to many bad things in life especially for women. Drunkenness is irresponsibility. This doesn’t mean she deserved to be raped but if she was raped, being drunk compounds the allegation.

Women who bruise easy can bruise in sex

Biceps area or wrists during missionary especially a large man and a petite woman

It’s like when you see a comely young woman in shorts with knee burns ...you just know

Like a man with bite marks on his chest or neck and scratches all down your back or rib cage

Sex is a contact event

Bruising is not always signs of force by any means and white women bruise easily

The few women I’ve know raped were absolutely devastated but the long term manifestations ranged from shut down to promiscuity and a penchant for rough sex....sex I refused to engage in to be honest which infuriated her

Actual brutal stranger rape can be horribly hard on a woman especially a girl who’s never been touched

I can’t imagine the trauma

Women today forget this used to be a common lament of women

Men and boys slaughtered

Women raped

Women of rank taken prisoner for marriage

Ask Attila how that worked out

According to a 2009 University of Massachusetts study, about two to eight percent of rapes reported are false.

This is some cutesy reporting of results.
2-8% of reported rapes are absolutely provably false (depending upon the study, environment, and definitions). 25-60% of rapes which are provable whether or not they occurred are false (also depending upon the study, environment, and definitions). Most rapes are not absolutely provable, as in the modern world there is quite often ambiguity in whether the sex was consensual.

White women don’t bruise more easily, we just don’t have any melanin to camouflage it.

BS. IIRC, the standard for the study was this: If the accused didn't positively prove his innocence, then the charge wasn't false.

You are a rapist.

I'll stand by for your response. This should be a fun little exercise.
