What about that smiley face killer? The one who some think is a serial killer. Drowns young drunk college students(men) in the river. Well, to damn bad. They were drunk and unaware. They got what they deserved.
None of the examples you give are matters of consent.
Your last paragraph is completely different circumstances, as they are acts that aren’t even allowed consensually.
