Oregon voters may get the chance to decide whether or not to become the first state to legalize psychedelic mushrooms next year.
The ballot title for the Psilocybin Service Initiative, or Initiative Petition #34, was certified Friday and now supporters of a measure to legalize psilocybin in controlled settings can gather signatures to get the issue on the ballot in 2020.

They certainly cant get any more looney
When I was in Washington, a good friend took me out and taught me to identify the two types of psychedelic mushrooms. It was legal to pick them and eat them in the field, but not to take them out of the field. But I was in the Navy and only went with him out of curiosity.
That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
You can pick them whenever you want anyway. But liberals want them mass produced and put in children’s cereal and so forth.
A very dangerous drug to use for recreational purposes. The studies on its positive effect on depression patients indicate long term central brain core suppression with a single dosage at recreational levels that can last for months.
Very scary...
Although I do favor over-the-counter Funkadelics
.
Another Oregon FIRST!
If the guy wants to take them in his basement it’s fine by me. It’s still a hallucinogen. Any cop arresting someone on the stuff should be allowed to take lab tests and throw the book at him/her-only if in public.
They were legal when I was young ....1974
Trespassing to get them was not
I picked a bunch once ..for research
I noticed the farmer near my yellow MGBGT
And then I heard a shotgun blast.....about a half mile away in a cow pasture
Baldwin County Alabama near Robertsdale
We grabbed our bags of shrooms and ran back towards the sound of gunfire just like the cosmic recon Rangers we were...lol
We noticed the truck drive off
I got there and farmer or whomever had blasted my aftermarket AC under the dash on passengers side into pieces with #6 looked like
I had a girl and a pal with me....she was like at least it was just the car...
I thought yeah but its my car..
Id already gobbled a couple of fresh 3 inch diameter caps down so i was already launched anyhow
Truth is most farmers didnt care... I had one in Madison county Mississippi who Id stop at the house and bring some PBR and chat with and he would even tell us where hed seen a bunch on his pastures that day...he was more flummoxed that we ate something that grew in a cow patty then that we were trippers
.
Fresh ones dry up quick...
Man in those days if got up in the 70s in the Deep South they would pop up even in January..
Now you cant find wild grown ..
The fungicide in cattle feed kills them....people grow them though....200-300 an ounce
Dry shrooms aint the same...
Nothing is anymore...
I dont recommend them to the average person....though unlike LSD they play out in 7-8 hours no matter how many you eat..
But they can be very intense ....
Their whole state government, including the governor, are all psychedelic mushrooms. Might as well make the rest of em legal too.
I see a race for the record once it gets talked about amongst the advocates...
Politicians just want the voters to better relate to them.
we got so many bigger problems to worry about than playing nanny state
I once watched my arm disappear...for research purposes.
Fuggedabout your story. We’re big kids here.
I lived on a mountain in Big Sur for a year. We had European wild boar there, thanks to Hearst, who brought them in so his guests could hunt them. Boar love ‘shrooms. Just wander around the woods and listen for the grunts. LOL
Actually tried one. Had a really good experience. Once was enough, you wouldn’t want to be doing anything important, like driving, under the influence.
Dog, hey dog. Did you see the size of that chicken?
How’s that war on drugs working?
Eat some shrooms. Run into a wild boar. Sounds like a helluva trip.
