One down, a half a million to go...
Thanks for posting. Outrageous conduct by judge.
This might have worked in San Francisco, but not in Boston.
AntiFa is vermin... worse than that actually. Yet if statement is true, I’m not sure I agree with the judge:
“How could you possibly say (Antoinette) victimized someone if theres no name of a victim? Sinnott, who declined requests from prosecutors to dismiss some of the cases the day before, pushed back against Church when she spoke out about statutes regarding case dismissals.”
Liberals: “Great. We chose the wrong judge.”
May she follow in the footsteps for Jeffrey Epstein...
I’m beginning to think the Straight Pride organizers are geniuses and knew this was gonna’ happen. It’s like they intentionally went thru the parade knowing which judges the left were gonna pick.
Attorney Susan Church has been tweeting with D.A. Rollins telling her to drop all the charges. This judge knows there is a game being played in his court room.
This judge is working very hard to keep Antifa from getting themselves killed by Americans.
And she’s a lawyer? The average Joe out there knows how STOOOOOOPID this is just from reruns of Perry Mason.
Not exactly sure what transpired there, but it’s hilarious to note Leftist attorneys lie to judges day-in and day-out, no problem.
Cases are decided. The Leftist attorneys file another case over the same issue over and over and over. Judges just act as if nothing wrong is going on.
The FISA court was lied to, a number of times using fraudulent or extremely flawed documentation, no problem.
Oh but one of those damned problematic attorneys defending a straight pride protester. Now there’s a problem person right there.
Perhaps this person did cross the line. I’m sure she’s the first between the Lefties and those on our side.
“Were outraged,”
That’s the wad. There’s nothing left after saying that.
Typical Dem Activist lawyer; turn the courtroom into a circus. Apparently a rare judge wouldn’t have it.
Throw out the black-robed tyrant first, lawyer second.
A Boston judge ordered the defense attorney for a Straight Pride Parade protester
‘’’’’’’
I have no idea which side the protester is on or the judge. Can someone explain?
Thanks
So does the defendant have to pay billable hours for the time their lawyer is in jail?
Let me see if I’ve got this right...
There was a Straight Pride parade. Some protesters (gays or their supporters) got out of hand and were arrested for disorderly conduct.
The DA, possibly in cahoots with the defense attorney, moved to have the case(s) dismissed.
The judge declined to allow the cases to be dismissed.
The defense attorney took umbrage and verbally accosted the judge.
The judge held the defense attorney in contempt.
That just about cover it?
You're only half right, ma'am...
