Mother Rucker.
I can still hear those rotor blades and smell the JP8 burning...
A soldier died today during training. They air lifted him from Ft. Rucker to Dothan hospital but he died.
Bible in a Year : Psalms 140142; 1 Corinthians 14:120
What slippery slopes do you gravitate toward? In what ways can you set a guard over your heart?
Father, please keep my feet from straying. Help me to listen to You and good friends.
Greetings to all at the Canteen!
To all our military men and women, past and present,
Would have to turn around at the sign.

I was honored to know them and be a part of that aviation history.
My Nephew and his Wife (Both Pilots) and my Co-Workers Stepson are all based there. The Nephew just got out and is flying for Jet Blue now.
We only had JP4 in Vietnam, when did it get upgraded?
Thanks, unique, for the road trippers!

Circa 1990 or thereabouts, I think.
Did you fly UH-1's?
I did. H and V (medevac) models.
