Well...it both gives and limits. It gives (guarantees) us a republican form of government, and it also limits that government.
As for Joe’s vomit, the 15th and 19th could have limits based on, say, IQ. Let’s require IQ testing (in English only), with voting allowed only for those with IQs of 100 (average) or higher.

It does. Can't shout 'fire' in a crowded theater. Can't deal in child porn. Can't commit a crime like use illegal drugs in the practice of your religion. But the limitations on the 2nd Amendment like prohibiting felons from owning firearms or preventing the mentally impaired from owning firearms are probably not the ones Biden had in mind.

What Biden seems to be trying to say (badly) is that some things are not included in “the right of the people to keep and bear arms” and therefor laws banning those things are not an infringement.

I was going to say that we need to support the pro-2A groups out there, but I am advised that not all is what it seems with some of them.
Perhaps the better course of action is to individually write our Representative, our Senators and POTUS to let them know that if they don’t support US in OUR time of need, we’ll NOT support THEM in THEIR time of need!
ANY and ALL anti-2A, anti-American legislation MUST be defeated!
