Former Cruz Spokesman: The Republican Party Is "Dead And Buried"
RCP ^ | On Date August 28, 2019 | Tim Hains

JOE SCARBOROUGH, MSNBC: And Rick Tyler, here we go with the Republican Party again, here in the state of Alabama, a state I know well and love, but you can go around the country and see the Trump effect on one Republican Party after another, and it is truly distressing all in support of a president who says he's going to seize private lands and told his aides to do it illegally and he would pardon them. From a president who ordering private companies to move out of other countries, a guy who's running up the biggest debt ever, some of the biggest deficits ever, and this is the guy that Trump Republicans are following over the cliff, politically.

RICK TYLER, MSNBC: Donald Trump has the single largest operating deficit in American history, and he passes budgets without really any negotiation at all, you know, this is what conservatives used to try to do, get a smaller more responsible, limited government. He's gone in the opposite direction of that. These tariffs, which he lies about, are taxes, they hurt the poor the most. When you start taxing food products at 25%, that doesn't mean anything probably to me and you, Joe. We could probably afford that. But it means a lot to a lot to people who can't afford, it is maybe the difference between eating today or not.

You know, on issue after issue after issue, what the Republican Party stood for, what it used to say it stood for, it doesn't stand for those things anymore. The Republican Party, as far as I can tell, is the Republican Party is gone, dead and buried and it is probably not coming back.

What did the republican party stand for? Because all I remember for the past 30 years was the republican party would cave to leftist tantrums and ideas because governing is hard.

President Trump laid out an agenda, something that separates the Republican party from the democrats. Wow, what a concept!

Shove it Loser Cruzer, we don’t need any more crying and tantrums from out own side, we should allow the left to have a monopoly on that

The RINOs should form their own third party.

They could call themselves the RINOs.

It was dead and buried when it became the Corporate Lobbyist Party sometime in the late 90s after they got control of Congress.

They then gave lip service to core issues.

This coincided with the Bush wing globalists and neocons taking over

“President Trump laid out an agenda, something that separates the Republican party from the democrats. Wow, what a concept!”

And not only are the republicans not helpful, in many cases they are actively sabotaging every single thing Trump tries to do

But Trump is a shrewd politician. Gracious and Presidential too.

His threatening to cut off federal aid to California right after the town of Paradise was wiped out was especially shrewd considering that the people hurt the most by the fires were from a conservative area of California. His praise for the character of the Nork dictator is another example of his political skills. His saying that he was the “Chosen One” (by God) and going ballistic taking it as a personal insult that Denmark rejected his offer to buy Greenland is another example.

No doubt that his victory in the three states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Wisconsin by a total of 77,000 votes that gave him the Presidency in 2016 will be dwarfed by his landslide victory to be in 2020 due to his gracious shrewd political tactics.

What a guy!

Joe’s concern about the GOP is like the abortion doctor’s oncern for the baby he’s suctioning out.

Dead intern Joe...human detritus.

Yeah, Turd Cruz can really pick ‘em. File this Rick Tyler guy over with the Bushes, Mandy Carpenter, Nicole Wallace, Jen Rubin and the rest of the “conservatives”.

Considering where the GOP has gone politically the last few decades I’m not sorry to see it go by the wayside. If the Republicans had stayed on a conservative track they would of destroyed the Democrats by now! It’s a combination of Repukes selling out for the money rather than fight for principles and the country, and also I believe the RATs were able to infiltrate the GOP at every level from the RNC down to the local level and turned the party leftward. If Trump is the beginning of a “new” Republican Party that is populist and conservative then let it be!

What food comes from China? I’m generally not in favor of more government regulation but, if there’s one we need, it’s that all food (or anything else ingested, for that matter) should have the places of origin identified.
